She was kind and helpful, she mentioned that the Raptor I wanted was in transit and not at the dealership. I made an appointment and had my trade in ready. Sure enough Liz and Erick went above and beyond to get into the right numbers, this Duo made sure I was ok my deal and never pushed me or were hostile at the moment of negotiation. After making deal and signed the contract they also let me take my trade for 2 more days to drive until my vehicle arrived, not only did they allowed me to do that also Liz dropped personally the new Raptor right in front of my house and took my trade back to their location. All i have to say is this is how you treat a buying customer. Dealerships are already making money and get too greedy at a point that they dont care about their customers.
