She was kind and helpful, she mentioned that the Raptor I wanted was in transit and not at the dealership. I made an appointment and had my trade in ready. Sure enough Liz and Erick went above and beyond to get into the right numbers, this Duo made sure I was ok my deal and never pushed me or were hostile at the moment of negotiation. After making deal and signed the contract they also let me take my trade for 2 more days to drive until my vehicle arrived, not only did they allowed me to do that also Liz dropped personally the new Raptor right in front of my house and took my trade back to their location. All i have to say is this is how you treat a buying customer. Dealerships are already making money and get too greedy at a point that they dont care about their customers. The sales person was great Esperando. she was great, but not very knowledgeable of electric trucks…read moreI was told that this vehicle would run out of charge when it got E like a normal electric truck,it I was just under a half a tank, When the truck stopped on me I reached out the previous owner owner and he told me that The truck needs to be charged after only reaching in a half a tank and it only goes about 80 miles from a full tank to an empty charge. This was not what was told to me. I even after I asked that question and was told that I would get a full charge this truck is now in the shop getting repaired after only having it for a few days. I have reached out to the dealership on several times even for the reimbursement of the towing that they promised me. But no response yet I'll keep you posted.!!!! I will continue to post with an update every few days.

I called Service to verify and it was true. I scheduled an appointment and they were fast and professional. They even patched up a tire that had a nail in it.
