Don't use the car wash. I have repeatedly complained about it. Dryer doesn't dry. They think that giving you a small towel so u. A dry off the car is enough. NO. FIX THAT SH*T. The soap dispenser is terrible. Barely covers any part of your car. They are just ripping folks off. This was once the best car wash in town. Now it's poop. read more

Cashier would not tell me who the manager was. next morning I called and manager was in meetings. Person on phone told me they do not give refunds as system is new only another code which I was given. Extremely poor customer service was given to me by cashier in store. read more

I like their car wash because the dryer time is perfect, and I have never had any trouble with it.

So I've been a loyal customer here for years. Service isn't the best and the watch you but it's a gas station. Recently, I've gone in almost every night for months after my restaurant job...meaning Im still in my uniform and apron. Tonight, I opened the fridge to get something and saw it had gone up considerably and decided to go somewhere else. Before I could leave I was stopped with hostility and accusations of me stealing. I reached into my pocket to grab my keys. Clearly, racial profiling. I'm a mixed woman that's 5'1. The act of aggression with no proof was insane. I will never be coming here again. read more

I think this gas station has lost my husband's business. He's been a long time customer here for many years and has been helped by this same cashier on several occasions. But today He really didn't appreciate being yelled at by her and scolded like a child to be told where the line forms. Even after he had been patiently waiting in line with cash in his hand. It wasn't even that busy only 5 other people there. He walked out and didn't purchase any gas. read more

Someone needs to address the lady upfront that has the opening shift. I go there every morning and every single time she has an attitude and has this habit of throwing the change back to you. Today she was popping pimples in the office door mirror then continue to pluck her eyebrows while i stood there. I will rather drive down the road to 711 than have her ruin my morning one more time. read more

This place is so ghetto... car wash never works, restrooms filthy and consistently higher prices than other gas stations in the area. Do yourself a favor and stay away. read more

Went here tonight a young rude kid named Chris was working. He had the doors locked and was sweeping. It was 11:53pm. It is supposed to be open till 12. I knocked on the window he came to the door and started cussing at me. Told me to leave he's closed I showed him my phone it said 11:55pm at this point. He said he didn't care asked if I was gonna pay his over time and kept talking shit at me! Really?? Glad I didn't buy gas first! Hope he gets some retraining on when he is supposed to lock up. Two more people showed up while I was there. Thank god for 7/11 on main st! They have the best staff! Always friendly accommodating and open! Why did I come here?? read more

Went into this place to get some quarters. The young girl snatched the bill from my hand and then dumped the quarters on counter. She shouldn't even have a job there. I will never go back. So rude and disrespectful... I'm guessing that she is racist against whites. read more

Horrible service, their carwash shut down in the middle of the wash and then several of us went in to get a refund and the cashiers were rude and acted like it was my fault it stopped working. Really? Give me a break! read more

We were verbally accosted by the owner/manager of this store. I was checking my fluids when an employee politely asked us to not work on the car, because the owner was upset. I let him know I was checking my oil and would be leaving shortly, after purchasing gas and coffee (over 40 dollars spent -- a frequent stop for us). After this, my sister went inside and told the owner that we were regulars and it was inappropriate to rush us like that. He responded completely out of proportion, and began verbally berating us, saying: "Get off my property, f*ck you!" This continued as he harassed us out of the store, including such verbal assaults as "mother f*cker". We will also be filing a report with the Watsonville Police, making a complaint with the city and off course pursuing all online means of exposing this horrible person for what he is: an abusive bully with a little bit of power. This person's name is: Khosrow Haghshenas. He already has multiple complaints online, as seen here: https://www.yelp.com/biz/chevron-watsonville-2. read more

I don't like writing reviews, let alone a bad review.i made this account on yelp, just to advise you not to go to this place. I shall never go to this place again, and I honestly don't advise you to go there. Very very bad service, I stoped there today and five workers passed by me without helping, and when I asked the manger to change the cigarettes my friend bought, while still on premises, from camel crush to camel crush silver, he says once you buy no change, in very impudent manner. I shall never go to this place again, and I honestly don't advise you to go there. read more

Went this morning for a car wash and found the buckets with old water and yes that busted brush the other reviewer had mentioned from yesterday. Walked back into the gas station and asked if they could change the water. The guy was super nice and didn't even hesitate to go and change the water!! By the time I got in line for car wash there was new super sudzy water and yessssss he brought out a new brush to replace the broken one that I didn't even mention hahaha. Turned out it was the manager! He said he would talk to the crew from the day before :) I really appreciated his attentiveness!!! Oh and the car wash is all new!! read more

Wow! Asked if they had new brushes to use in the car wash area and was told they had new brushes. Paid for the wash and found one brush, worn out in one of the buckets. Went in the back door and asked for a brush to pre wash the car and was told to wait out side, I shouldn't be in the back room.....went out side with the manager behind me and told him the brush wasn't any good and I tossed it to a pile of boxes outside the back door..He snapped at me "don't f---Ing throw that." I told him that they need to have decent brushes to pre wash and an argument ensued. He went back inside and cancelled the wash that I had paid for, so I had to go back in the store and get a refund. Too bad they want to treat people like that. It is too easy to supply a good brush for the customer to prewash the cars. I live locally and won't be back to this car wash or store even if it is the last one around. read more

Unbelievable!! This is the first business I think I've ever came across in my 41 years alive that has never opened on a Monday morning at the time posted on the door. I can't believe a franchise of this size would allow its doors to open 10-15 minutes late every Monday morning? Not sure of the remainder of the week but the last 8 times I've arrived at 5:05 a.m. the doors are still locked, even went ahead and filled up with fuel to see If this employee would open and NOTHING! Never again will I waste another minute or cent on this store. read more

The two stars are because the store is clean and looks new. Pricing on the other hand is out of control high. A soda refill costs more then a new soda at most places. I will take my money elsewhere. As I looked over the isles, I was shocked at how high the prices were across the board. Yes, it is a convenience store, but don't gouge your customers or they will not come back. read more

I've stopped by here a few times on my way home from work. It's very conveniently located off the 1. It's well maintained and clean. On my most recent visit, I decided to get a car wash. No discount for the car wash after filling up, but it's one of the better gas station washes. read more

Stopped by here on my way down to Monterey to pump gas and used the restroom. Clerk was nice , there's a few fast food places inside but when I went to use the restroom, oh my god! It was disgusting!!!! Footprints all over the floor like mud, urinal was in awkward position near entrance door- everyone can see your business and there was no soap or paper towels to dry my hands... This has to be the worst bathroom ever next to a hole in the ground ... The place is extremely busy but they have to keep up with the cleanliness and this made me think twice about eating food inside ... Best of luck ! read more

Been going here for sometime now play the lottery and by gas and cigarettes there. After showing up everyday u get to know all the employees and they know u. Felt welcomed everyday. Of course things are never what they seem. The owner koss seemed genuine and very friendly. Come to find out he hates his customers and cares about only one thing money!!! It's all a show on his behalf! I choose not to reveal my source for that persons protection but when I was told that koss Hayes my guts I was literally blown away!!! I'm probably the nicest person you'll ever meet. I don't usually let things like this get to me but this one was hard pill to swallow. His employees are fantastic but because he's such an asshole I will no longer patronize his store. If u don't like someone don't be two faced koss!!!!! I feel sorry for u!!!! U lost a good customer pal!!! I was wondering why you have such a high turnover rate for employees!! But now I know!!! Good riddance!!!!! And one more thing, when u hit on the lottery the retailer who sold the ticket gets a percentage. Well koss u know we've hit three times big so it's just a matter of time until it happens again the way I play so it's your loss. My recommendation to u is not to stay so focused on money and more focused on ethics!!! read more

I am Furious with these people. They have a complete scam going on with their car wash. I drive in with my company vehicle right underneath the height limit bar with no problem. I do not see any sign that says no trucks with racks. I drive into the car wash and the Machine arm gets stuck on my car rack barely all it does is touch it and stop the machine stops so I backup an inch and the Machine arm raises above truck truck height all by itself the machine is not turn back on and a lady comes out saying you broke the machine you're going to pay for it immediately I asked her what can't you just reset it she says no I need your insurance information and your driver's license. Now today 3 days later my employer calls me and ask me what happened with the car wash that the employees there are saying I destroyed their car wash office destroyed how come it was up and running an hour later. My fiance's coworker said the same thing happened to him at that car wash. But he didn't stop and get the information he took off drove away I say everyone needs to boycott this scam I'm a hard-working young man just trying to make a living and they want to get me fired for a simple mistake parrot. I'm so Furious it's just ridiculous and sad that you guys have such a sick scam read more
