Yelp advertises Miracle Touch as a auto detailing business but it is not. I hired Harry to put a hard wax on my truck. He showed up to my house and needed to use my hose and water to wet down my truck. I had just washed it the day before so I was very familiar with the finish and that all it needed was a good hard wax for protection. The water at my house is full of minerals. I left Harry to do the job and when I came out to pay him he says to me "You have a lot of water spots. I should have charged you $80. Don't tell anyone I only charged you $40." I looked at my truck and it was covered everywhere with water spots which Harry decided to wax OVER. It looked terrible. I said "why didn't you tell me it was covered in water spots? I would not have had you wax it." I knew the water spots were because he had sprayed the truck with water and then let it sit in the sun while he waxed it but, I decided to not address that issue with him. This was Harry's response..."you know, Yelp advertises me as an Auto Detailer but I am not. I am a painter." Well, you can imagine that my blood was boiling by this point but I just gave him the $40 and sent him on his way. I spent $250 having the water spots removed and a very good hard wax job done by Jim's Detailing the next day. I decided to write this review because Harry should not be doing detailing. He said himself that he is not a detailer. I really do not recommend Harry for detailing and I wouldn't recommend him for any service he offers based upon my experience with him. He should have never agreed to wax my truck.

He is quick to respond, friendly and informative, very punctual and professional, works quickly (but thoroughly) and has a great eye for detail.
