He was willing to to rearrange his Friday, June 27, 2025 appointment to see if he could fit me in. We agreed on Monday. I requested a phone call for pricing. We discussed options on the vehicle. Mr. Martinez arrived, we looked at my son's 2020 Nissan SR which has been through 5 years of commuting up and down the highway to San Jose State. My son, smoked cigarettes in the car occasionally. I had the interior cleaned, and the outside of the car detailed. He also discussed since I was selling the car to CARMAX, that he will clean the engine bay. Mr. Martinez has EVERYTHING with him. I provided a little electricity for his various tools. He arrives with his own water supply which is tremendously impressive, as I thought I would have to, so I parked the car near my spigot outside. The car is looking fabulous. Smells nice, detailed to as close to perfection as you can achieve on a five year old car, looking for some TLC. Hugo did a fantastic job on my Tesla. My car was very dirty and had an obscene amount of pet hair all around. I was looking for a quick appointment, and Hugo fit me in next day. I opted for a full exterior and interior detail. He went the extra mile on the clean and thoroughly vacuumed all parts of the interior, even the trunk spaces under the panels. However, he was an hour later that the 2 hour window given for arrival, and there was no call to inform me of the delay. I called to find out what was going on. I had plans that evening and had to leave prior to the completion of the job (due to the late start). It was disconcerting to me that the person who arrived to do the job on this hot day did not have water with him and clearly would have been uncomfortable asking - I offered. Re: the detail job itself: the car to start with was quite dirty, and so the overall result was good.
