I really hate to write this review as I think the owners are nice people that care about customer service but I just can't, in good conscience, recommend this shop. My mechanic had damaged the tint on one of my back windows so I brought it in to have the window re-tinted. The charge was $75 which I thought was very reasonable. While getting this done I spoke to Curtis about doing a gloss black wrap on the Infiniti badge and lower rear bumper area on my 2018 Q50. I got this done and when I came to pick up the car, they had wrapped more of the bumper than I had told them to. So Xan said that they could just remove the excess wrap. So I waited about 20 minutes while she did this but when I came back to look at her work the cuts were very jagged and didn't follow the contours of my car very well at all. Also where I asked them to cut out the wrap on the "INFINITI" letters, the cuts around the letters were so bad it looked like it was done by an 8 year old. I was so disappointed that I asked them to just take the wrap off. I realize this work is somewhat difficult because they have to be cut by hand but just yesterday I took my car to King of Wraps in San Jose to try doing the same work and KOW did a MUCH better job. Sure, KOW charges more, ($280 vs. $200 for the same job), but who cares if the price is cheap when the quality of the work is terrible. By the way, the back window I had Tint World re-do was full of bubbles just like my previous visit. So I just took it to Mr. Tint in San Jose and they fixed Tint World's shoddy job no problem. Again Mr. Tint charges more, but at least the work got done right. The owners of this shop are good people they just don't seem to care about the quality of their work or even keep their shop clean so that you can get your windows tinted without it being full of dirt bubbles. I advise people to steer clear of this shop. read more

I had a good conversation with the owner, a car guy, and my car was done at the time that he promised. So I took my car back there to get it ceramic coated too. Most people are familiar with the saying, "You get what you pay for." In my experience with Tint World, I was expecting near perfection after spending close to $600 on a tint job with ceramic film for my wife's Prius. What I did receive was IMperfection. There were countless crease marks, gaps of missing tint along the perimeter of the windows, and wrinkles/bubbles in a number of places. I understand that the film needs some time to cure and adhere to the window so I gave the car plenty of sun and made sure to not roll any of the windows down for 5 days. After waiting that timeframe, all of the blemishes and imperfections were still present. I decided to return to their store and Kurtis met me with much professionalism and courtesy. I requested a partial refund and he obliged by returning $100. He also mentioned that the car would be redone and that they would fix everything. Unfortunately, even after they redid the work there were still plenty of blemishes. They did not remove all of the glue and stuck new tint over the existing glue. They definitely are not detail oriented and it shows in their work. I would not recommend this place. read more

I went recently to go get the car I just bought tinted and I'm not sure if they hired a new employee or what but there is multiple scratches on my window. Not sure if it's on the tint or the Glass.
