Kidding, my wife's car is a 2026 Honda Odyssey Elite. Chico was very patient as he explained the entire process to me. He never try to upsell me as he provided the different packages with different price points I can select from. I had some experience with XPEL PPF as I have it on my car since 2014 and it lasted. Chico was very easy to talk to, never has he made me feel stupid for asking questions. For me I want to know the people I hire to work on my wife's car will spend the time to do it right the first time. Yes there is always a cheaper place, but I believed I am paying for the skill and their time. My wife and I valued their time because it took several days to install the above mentioned. Chico and his team are very professional, I even stop by the day before to check on the car. All the things I requested to be done on the car was done, which was a lot. Never had I need to remind Chico, which was amazing. When we picked up her van, my wife loved what they did. My wife is not a car girl, but she noticed her car is somehow better looking than before, mind you the car has about 700 miles. What also stood out for me are some things Chico said, "We treat all our customers' cars the same, whether they are Lambos, or minivans, with highest quality install" "You became our customer, you are part of the family." I went with 80% tint on the windshield and 35% on the two front windows, and I've already noticed a huge difference on hot days. Before the tint, I was constantly running my A/C around a speed of 7/10, and now I'm comfortable around 3/10. I've also seen my interior temperature drop from around 113°F to about 70°F. When I contacted him for an estimate, out of dozens of businesses, he's still got the lowest price and best work and quality materials so he's solid in my book (3M Ceramic IR). I'd recommend him anytime. When I contacted him for retint, the process was easy. Told him what I wanted, he had close availability and took around 2-3 hours. I changed it up to 25% front, 70% clear windshield with a 4 inch 5% black tint strip on the top of the windshield. Solid work.

I had the front side windows tinted to match the rear windows, and a light tint placed on the windshield to reduce UV rays and IR damage. The windshield tint is not noticeable and seems to be a common aftermarket installation; particularly in areas that get a lot of sun. During a very warm month of March, it seemed like it kept the interior cooler, putting less strain on the A/C. Gabe also applied PPF over the front of the vehicle and tailgate as well as door cups. It's nice knowing these surfaces are protected from rocks, and anything that could chip the paint. A lifetime ceramic coating was placed over the top of everything to promote a lasting shine and protection for all surfaces. This is the third vehicle that Gabe has provided this service for me, and he always does a great job. High attention to detail, dependable timelines and a fair price. His new shop in Marina is very nice and reflects his quality oriented business.

The paint protection film on the front bumper they installed didn't turn out great so they removed the film and replaced it. They actually did a horrible job the second time. The film had bubbles in it as well what appeared to be debris.
