After getting quotes from different places, i decided to go with luis. I went to check his business place first and the dude is very cordial and professional about it and he explained the process and very transparent about what he could and could not do after checking my car, but still he said he will try to do his best to remove some of the deep scratches (my car is used), thats what i liked about the guy and decided to book an appointment with him I dropped my car in a Thursday (i live in santa clara so its a bit far from where the shop is located) Luis was telling me first that the car might be ready by Saturday morning by i said "look take your time, i do have another car so don't rush" i didn't want to rush him because i wanted a good job on my TLX TYPE S Luis went above and beyond by keeping updated on the job, when i call him back, so he said that the car will be ready around 7pm so i said no problem, but ended up finish it at 8-8:30 pm, which is still fine with me because after seeing the results I'm impressed, he really did a super awesome job and went above and beyond, its like he took care of it like if it was his own car, REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE RESULTS!!! read more

Contacted Luis to get a price quote for car detailing since I usually get my cars detailed by JB Auto but wanted to try some place new. He was quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and fully transparent about pricing and what he could and couldn't get out during the detail. Got two sedans detailed and from took from 10am until 4-4:30pm for him to finish which both of them looking great! He even came back to return my Tesla keycard because he forgot it on his own accord. My car was pretty musty because I haven't cleaned the interior since last July. There were a lot of crumbs in every crevice, the dashboard was all dusty, and my floor mats were disgusting from raining season. It also smelled kind of bad. I was honestly too embarrassed to let anyone sit inside my car. Then, I found Luis. He was very fast at responding, and clearly broke down everything he was going to do . The price was pretty reasonable, and he finished earlier than the time he estimated. I liked that he said to come back to him anytime if I were to find anything wrong with his work. My car looked brand new. It also smelled nice and fresh. My dumbass also left my wallet in the car when I dropped it off. He didn't take anything, and even placed all my small belongings in a ziplock bag so he could clean the car more effectively. His communication is excellent as well, very nice through text and in person. Luis was highly recommended by my mechanic and friend who knew how much I love my camper van. What I haven't loved is cleaning its interior and it was showing after years of outdoor use and plenty of mechanical work. Can you say dirt and grease?
