I understand employees make mistakes. I wasn't mad at them. It was the way management handled it (guy with glasses), talking down to me and not allowing me to say a word or explain what happened. However, to be fair, I live in the country and don't regularly wash my car, which is to say there was a LOT of built of mud and sand on my vehicles' underside. I purchased the mid-tier wash package. The customer service was great! I needed the attendant to turn on the vacuum for me at least three (3) times and he was ready and happy to do it every time. Today was a little bit different. The attendant was talking to another attendant, and I rolled up to the car wash, selecting machine and was working my way through the automated screen to pick my car wash and he came over and kind of shoved my hand out of the way. I said I think I've got it. He said no you don't. And then proceeded to pick out the car wash for me that I wanted. I guess you could hook this up to good customer service, but it was the approach that he used in the attitude that really threw me off. My response to him was "you know, if you let your customers do this themselves we could probably just figure it out. His response was you were doing it wrong and this is my job. If you have a problem, you can go talk to the management. He sort of escalated the situation belittled me while he was doing it and so my response was I think you're not giving me very good customer service. I don't really wanna talk to you about it anymore. I'll just finish this on my own to what she said it's ready for you to tap your card. Then he started giving me a lecture about how I was being a rude customer. But I snapped back at him and shouldn't have. In all honesty my response to people when they're rude to me is pretty rude back. I don't try to sugarcoat it. There's a very similar car wash on tenant that doesn't have a guy outside arguing with you about pushing the touchscreen button and I think I will be going there from now on. I think maybe the management team should really coach their employees on Customer Service and etiquette.

This station has: - 4 islands, - Food Mart - restrooms - carwash - vacuum, air/water The station was pretty busy. I carry the Chevron card, and my discounted price was $4.84/ Reg. I'm sure there's a much lower price if you get a carwash. My pump was slow, so I went inside the food mart to look around. The place was full of people, so I just looked around. The clerks were mostly speaking Spanish. I asked if they had fresh coffee, and received no reply. I didn't use the carwash or restrooms. Decent place to get gas. If you drive further down Leavesley Rd, you'll find an ARCO, Valero, and Rotten Robbie.
