People worked there are nice, but the manger try to convince me to get more expensive car wash when I just want a basic. They said free vacuum but I had to get a token from them. The vacuum lasted about 5 minutes. When I asked for more time and willing to pay ($3) for another token, the lady said token is for car wash only, I'll have to pay with credit card. The credit card wasn't working for me, the supervisor tried couple time and did get it to start. But I noticed I got charged for $10 instead of $3. :( read more

This is an overpriced car wash for what you get. At most you should be paying $10. They don't do anything for you even you have to go through it yourself. Everything in Gilroy is expensive. They'll scratch you rims and not tell you when to go through the wash. wayy too expensive. Again. I would go if it was $10 for ultimate. read more

I take my car to do a cleaning and they clean the outside of my car and the front, but when I see the back seat, the even clean the dust of the seat, I don't think is value to pay 40.00 just to do the outside and vacuum and clean a little the front read more

Horrible. I should have adhered to the reviews, but a friend swore they would take care of me. They didn't vacuum my car or while it down well and this should have been easy as I keep a clean car. More disturbing is they changed me for a small SUV despite not evening opening the trunk to wipe down and vacuum the trunk. I returned back angry and finished the job myself. Go to a self service wash!!!! read more

I got the ultimate wash with a $3 off coupon. They did a nice job of pre-washing my truck before it went into the car wash. There was no way the car wash alone would have gotten all the bugs cleaned from the windshield and front bumper after my 3000 mile road trip. Afterwards they hand dried it and dressed the tires. It was much better than a straight drive through car wash and the extras exceeded expectations. read more

Because of his reasonable estimate cost, I didn't bother to call the other two shops on my list. After Chris inspected my tire with the nail, he told me that this was a lucky case. He removed that nail - it was a screw of around an inch long. He tested the tire and showed me there was no leak. And then he told me that I could go home without paying a penny. Brought my 2013 Lexus GS 350 in for a coolant leak and paid about $180 in diagnostic fees. They…read moretold me I needed a full radiator, thermostat, and hoses replaced -- quoted around $1,800. Their own paperwork admitted the cooling system only lost 1 psi in 15 minutes and that they couldn't actually find a leak. I got a second opinion at a dealership. The real problem was just the radiator cap -- the worn cap couldn't hold pressure, so the coolant was boiling over and escaping. About $100 to replace, and the car has run perfectly ever since. The cap was even listed on their own quote (a $26 part), but instead of trying the cheap fix first, they pushed a $1,500 radiator job. Either they couldn't diagnose a basic cooling issue or they were counting on me not getting a second opinion. Get your quote checked elsewhere before paying these guys.

When I arrived there at 9:40 AM, there was no one and waited about 5- 10 minutes. I saw there is a payment machine and paid it. The machine said to go ahead and move your car into the bay. I moved my car in front of it, but the washing machine doesn't start at all. Finally, the staff came to me, and the lady was complaining that "You have to wait" and asking where I paid. I was like WHAT??!. I have waited 5 - 10 minutes and no one was here, and paid to YOUR MACHINE. I NEVER SEEN THE STAFF IS COMPLAINING THAT THE CUSOMER MADE THE PAYMENT AFTER 10 MINUTES WAIT. I would like to let people know that the guy named Rafa is a theft. I won a fantasy ticket of 12$ plus 1 free play, but he gave me only 1 free play, and said that's it. It happens at 3:00pm, Jan 22, 2026. I did report the issue to the Gilroy police department. The owner of this place should take this incident seriously.
