I had originally made an appointment to do just an Exterior Detailing. I only noticed later that there was a special running for a Full Detail. I asked him if it was possible for me to upgrade to the Full Detail package special. He said it would be possible. There was clear communications about costs and any surcharges (pet hair and/or very dirty vehicles). I really appreciated this as I didn't want to be caught without enough cash. Rich arrived a little early (better early than late in my opinion) and we did a walk through of my vehicle. He is friendly and professional. Explained everything to me. I have WeatherTech mats, and he informed me that cleaning those were included in the Full Detail package. He finished within the 3 hour estimate. My car looks brand new inside and out. I'll be recommending to my family and friends. Addendum: I got gas later and noticed that Rich even cleaned the interior gas cap area too. That's really great attention to detail.

A real joy to (mostly not) see. I've also trusted them with rear-view camera replacement on a 2014 Subaru -- work that was done competently, cleanly, and quickly. Love working with these guys. He offered me a ride home and to pick me up when my car was done and when I didn't want to pay double the price he quoted me he told me I could walk back to his shop I would stay far away from Eliel He can't even keep a schedule I was scheduled at 8:30am and when I arrived he told me he didn't have time until after 12. Who makes an appointment and doesn't come through with it. Previous PDR with another person who retired was indistinguishable so I was hoping for similar result. Let this be an example to set your expectations with this type of dent and result with sean. Regarding the damage (i have pictures from couple weeks ago that did not have this damage and I also washed the car the night before in prep for the repair and didn't see the damage)
