When I…read morebought my wife a new Skyline GTR, I decided to have Chico and his team install PPF track package, window tint, and ceramic coating. Kidding, my wife's car is a 2026 Honda Odyssey Elite. Chico was very patient as he explained the entire process to me. He never try to upsell me as he provided the different packages with different price points I can select from. I had some experience with XPEL PPF as I have it on my car since 2014 and it lasted. Chico was very easy to talk to, never has he made me feel stupid for asking questions. For me I want to know the people I hire to work on my wife's car will spend the time to do it right the first time. Yes there is always a cheaper place, but I believed I am paying for the skill and their time. My wife and I valued their time because it took several days to install the above mentioned. Chico and his team are very professional, I even stop by the day before to check on the car. All the things I requested to be done on the car was done, which was a lot. Never had I need to remind Chico, which was amazing. When we picked up her van, my wife loved what they did. My wife is not a car girl, but she noticed her car is somehow better looking than before, mind you the car has about 700 miles. What also stood out for me are some things Chico said, "We treat all our customers' cars the same, whether they are Lambos, or minivans, with highest quality install" "You became our customer, you are part of the family." You just don't hear that coming from a business nowadays. I learned, you get what you pay for.

He told me that he hadn't done it before but to send him pictures of the set, the install instructions and he would get back to me. He reached back out within a week (during the week of Thanksgiving none the less) to schedule a date and time for me to bring the bike in. Chico even opened his shop and hour early so I could drop my bike off and make work on time. When I picked up the bike not only had Chico installed the graphics kit immaculately, he detailed and ceramic coated it! This bike was very clearly used when I dropped it off but it looked better than when it came off the showroom floor when I picked it up! I couldn't recommend Chico and Dynamic Customs more. He was polite, professional, accommodating and did a phenomenal job!

From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of outstanding. It's honestly hard to find a repair shop these days that delivers this level of quality, communication, and customer service, and Bonfante does all of that and more. Our vehicle was repaired perfectly -- you would never know it had been in an accident. The workmanship was flawless, and the attention to detail really stood out. On top of that, when we picked up our Suburban, it was clean, spotless, and detailed, inside and out. That extra effort means a lot, and it shows how much pride they take in their work. One of the biggest things that stood out to me and my wife was the constant communication throughout the entire repair process. They kept us updated every step of the way -- what was happening, what stage the repair was in, and when we could expect progress. There was never any guessing or wondering what was going on. That kind of transparency and follow-through truly means a lot to us and makes a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. I especially want to recognize Dawn, the shop manager. She is absolutely amazing and truly the kind of person every company needs. Her professionalism, leadership, and customer-first attitude are exactly why businesses succeed and keep customers coming back. Employees like Dawn are the reason companies survive and thrive. She genuinely cares, and it shows in every interaction. She honestly deserves a raise -- people like her are invaluable. I'd also like to give a big thank-you to Gabby, who was incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. From the moment we spoke with her, she made us feel welcomed and taken care of. She is another great example of excellent customer service and someone who represents this company extremely well. It's clear that Bonfante Collision Center has an amazing team, and it starts with employees like Dawn and Gabby. If any managers or owners are reading this: take care of your employees, because they are doing an outstanding job and are the reason customers like us continue to return and recommend your business. We would 100% recommend Bonfante Collision Center to anyone -- family, friends, or anyone who needs collision repair. And if we ever have the unfortunate need for repairs again in the future, there's no question where we'll go. Bonfante Collision Center will always be our first stop. Thank you again to the entire team for another incredible experience!
