They broke off my mirror cover in 2025 (I forgot to finish this review but keep seeing ads for it,…read moreso I might as well), and as most other reviews stated, due to other cars getting washed that day and there not being damage to their vehicles throughout the day, they were not responsible. It's now been a year since I cancelled, and I am still happy for not going back. Get yourself a bucket and a garden hose foam sprayer adapter, and you'll be much happier with the results. You also won't run the risk of having to pay the bill when your car ultimately ends up getting damaged at QuickQuack, as a lot of other reviewers have stated. Edit: Their thorough investigation is them watching cameras, not sharing the footage with you and then claiming no fault. My vehicle was only 1.5 years old at the time and all stock.

My spouse spoke immediately with an employee at the car wash and they took an incident report. Of course what they said was that it must have been there before. This is my experience with Arco Car Wash last surturday afternoon around 4pm here in town. I just…read moregot my car last thursday. Went to Carwash with them Saturday after noon & right after notice 3 nasty scratch on the hood of my car. One of the employee's documented it & took my contact info. Sunday i didn't get a call from Rick, the manager so i went in earlier using my Prius that i just car washed with them. And talk to rick the manger & he said to bring in my car so i did went back & brought my other car. I had 5 vehicles enrolled to their monthly car wash Program & been a customer with them & having my car washed since 2012 & this is the first time that happened to. The manager was so rude to me that he even said "what do you want me to do buff it? & told him he can't coz it so deep all the way to do the paint. And he even said i didn't get it from their car wash coz theirs spins counter clockwise spinning away from the vehicle & i said not its clockwise coz i just have my Prius washed like 10mins ago & he said it doesn't matter, he said that coz the only thing i can think of is he got shut off coz he doesn't know how his car wash works. Before i left i ask him of he needs to do something or document it my complaint. Rick said no & just talk to your insurance. All this he was talking to me on a loud tone like i am just making this up. This will definitely reach their corporate office & i already filed it to my insurance. I know this is not the only incident that happened here in town as i heard alot of complain from them damaging their car. They will not get a penny anymore of my business!!! Note: They've been washing 5 cars of mine since 2012 & gassing all my cars with them

DO NOT GET A MONTHLY PASS!!!…read more I made the mistake of thinking the monthly subscription plan was a good deal. I was so terribly wrong. Not only is the carwash itself subpar when it is open (which is maybe an hour a day) this place is down right fraudulent when it comes to cancelling the membership! When I wanted to cancel the monthly pass I was told it had to be in writing, so I emailed all my information requesting a cancellation and it was completely ignored. When I saw I had been charged again I tried calling to get the pass cancelled. After several times being just straight hung up on when requesting a cancellation I had to call my bank to do a charge back as my only means of cancelling this membership. If you do use this carwash, which I don't recommend, AVOID the monthly pass. It's a trap.
