There was clear communications about costs and any surcharges (pet hair and/or very dirty vehicles). I really appreciated this as I didn't want to be caught without enough cash. Rich arrived a little early (better early than late in my opinion) and we did a walk through of my vehicle. He is friendly and professional. Explained everything to me. I have WeatherTech mats, and he informed me that cleaning those were included in the Full Detail package. He finished within the 3 hour estimate. My car looks brand new inside and out. I'll be recommending to my family and friends. Addendum: I got gas later and noticed that Rich even cleaned the interior gas cap area too. That's really great attention to detail.

He reached back out within a week (during the week of Thanksgiving none the less) to schedule a date and time for me to bring the bike in. Chico even opened his shop and hour early so I could drop my bike off and make work on time. When I picked up the bike not only had Chico installed the graphics kit immaculately, he detailed and ceramic coated it!
