The customer service was great! I needed the attendant to turn on the vacuum for me at least three (3) times and he was ready and happy to do it every time. Today was a little bit different. The attendant was talking to another attendant, and I rolled up to the car wash, selecting machine and was working my way through the automated screen to pick my car wash and he came over and kind of shoved my hand out of the way. I said I think I've got it. He said no you don't. And then proceeded to pick out the car wash for me that I wanted. I guess you could hook this up to good customer service, but it was the approach that he used in the attitude that really threw me off. My response to him was "you know, if you let your customers do this themselves we could probably just figure it out. His response was you were doing it wrong and this is my job. If you have a problem, you can go talk to the management. He sort of escalated the situation belittled me while he was doing it and so my response was I think you're not giving me very good customer service. I don't really wanna talk to you about it anymore. I'll just finish this on my own to what she said it's ready for you to tap your card. Then he started giving me a lecture about how I was being a rude customer. But I snapped back at him and shouldn't have. In all honesty my response to people when they're rude to me is pretty rude back. I don't try to sugarcoat it. There's a very similar car wash on tenant that doesn't have a guy outside arguing with you about pushing the touchscreen button and I think I will be going there from now on. I think maybe the management team should really coach their employees on Customer Service and etiquette.

But he gave me a discount for the inconvenience of coming in at 12. The car was ready to pick up at 2ish. I didn't have anything planned so it was okay for me to come back.
