401 Leavesley Rd Gilroy, CA 95020 This is the large Chevron station on Leavesley Rd x Murray Ave, just west of Hwy 101. I was there on a Wednesday night, around 8pm. This station has: - 4 islands, - Food Mart - restrooms - carwash - vacuum, air/water The station was pretty busy. I carry the Chevron card, and my discounted price was $4.84/ Reg. I'm sure there's a much lower price if you get a carwash. My pump was slow, so I went inside the food mart to look around. The place was full of people, so I just looked around. The clerks were mostly speaking Spanish. I asked if they had fresh coffee, and received no reply. I didn't use the carwash or restrooms. Decent place to get gas. If you drive further down Leavesley Rd, you'll find an ARCO, Valero, and Rotten Robbie. read more

I had my code went back five days later code was expired. They insisted that someone else used my number. Ridiculous. STEER CLEAR!!! DANGEROUS - DISGUSTING - UNHELPFUL - BROKEN If I was a woman, I would not stop here. I felt uncomfortable at a man this place is disgusting and feels dangerous at night. Second time I've been to this Chevron and never again. Absolutely filthy! The Chevron Cars from my 1997 childhood would be ashamed. I called ahead to the attendant to see if the car wash was open who promptly yelled "YESS!!" and slammed the phone. It was so aggressive it was comical. Stopped anyway aaaaand you guessed it car wash was closed. After noticing ice cream stains on cement and trash blowing about. Stopped at one of the pumps to get gas, which - you guessed it was broken. Okay, two strikes....moved to another gas pump and clean my windshield. Grabbed a squeegee and you guessed it - BROKEN. I was not happy about the service I got there in the store. During this coronavirus situation I address the employees about the number of customers in the store was 3 with mask. I saw 9 people in the store without mask and the employees would not address this to customers. I addressed this and they said they do not listen. This is a safety issue. Absolute worst experience I've had going to a gas station. I walk in to use the bathroom and get a slushy and then I'm being chased out, harassed and being yelled at by the idiot employee and threatened with arrest. For what? No matter what card I use, no matter what pump I use, even Apple Pay, it always prompts me to "go see cashier" so what's the point of the card payment at the point!! I love chevron but certainly not this one. It's extremely rare that all pumps work too. Always crowded. Not a fan of this chevron. read more

BEWARE of Horrible Customer Service!! (LONG POST!!) I am a usual Customer to the Oasis Car wash owned by Chevron. As I was there Yesterday afternoon, I got my car washed and decided to walk in to their store and ask to use the Restroom around 4:40 PM. As I walk in the first cashier on the Left Side (Carwash side) was yelling at a Hispanic gentleman refusing to help him, and yelling at him to go home, shower, and wash his ears so he could understand that she was not willing to help him out (who was by looks of things trying to purchase lottery tickets). The gentleman stayed quiet while this uneducated woman continued on to yell, and insult him. I stood there observing in hopes that the other girl working the second register would say something however, nothing was done. Once she was done insulting this poor man, she refused to assist me even when I was next in her line. I politely went up to her and asked if I could please borrow the bathroom key. She grabbed the Key, and threw it across the counter and ignored my hand as I has waiting for her to hand it to me. I walked to the restroom and noticed that the Bathroom door was actually not locked and partially open. My husband took the key back since I wasn't going to need it after all. After I walk out, I get in line at the register with my husband to make a purchase and this lady decides to yell at me telling me I left the Bathroom Door "Open" and that I better go back and Close it. My husband explained that the door was that way since before I walked in to the restroom as the Deadbolt sticks out if door is not locked from inside the bathroom. This lady decides to roll her eyes at us, walks around the counter, and yells saying "They had to be Mexican!" Mind you, she was hispanic too!! What does a person's Race or Ethnicity have to do with this??? I don't understand!! I am sorry but my husband couldn't avoid responding to her and she continued to yell at us. We asked for her name and let her know we would be bringing this up to management. She yelled "My name is DELIA, and I'll write it out for you incase you don't know how to write!" Guys, please!! If you ever have a situation as this with her or have had one, please bring this up to Management. I will be driving there today and speaking to Management as the Manager was out Yesterday. After walking out, we ran in to the guy from the Car Wash. After speaking to the Gentleman from the OASIS Car wash, he informed us that this was not the first time she had done this to customers, and had actually insulted another Client earlier in the day. This Poor gentleman couldn't stop apologizing for her actions and asked us to PLEASE Report her as she does this constantly!! I went to the Chevron Gas station located in Leavesley and Murray. The clerk needs to attend a workshop for customer service. She was really rude and got mad because I asked for my receipt. Same person mistreated me in the past when I asked for help because the ATM machine never released the $200 that I was requesting. The machine didn't have paper to print the receipt AND the $200 were taken from my bank account. I know ATMs are separated businesses, but she needs to be gentle to serve the customers. read more
