This town does not deserve or tolerate wrongdoing. What: I needed antibiotics morning of 5/26 my prescription was sent to them at 11:45am i gave the pharmacy a two hour window to complete once arriving i waiting 15 minutes in line to be told it would be a two hour wait because its held in their fax. (What does that even mean ) !!! I had to return to work so i thought Okay i will return after my shift (around 6pm) again waiting in a 15-20 minute line to be told they are out of stock of the antibiotics!!!! Omg ! Really irritated The pharmacist himself told me here the prescription name call around and when you find a Walgreens that has it in stock call us back and we will transfer it . (Whattt the !???!!!) I called fidelity they were very nice about having transferred it for me As soon as I drove from Hollister to gilroy they had no line ! patient and happy to help !

A random customer…read moregrabbed the top of her drink with their bare hands, and because she has contamination anxiety/OCD tendencies, she politely asked if she could replace the $1 Slurpee instead of drinking from something someone else touched. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the owner completely exploded on her in front of the entire store. Yelling, screaming about "wasting money," humiliating her publicly, and escalating a one-dollar issue into a scene that never should have happened. It was honestly shocking to watch an adult business owner behave that aggressively toward a customer over such a small and understandable request. To make things even worse, they called the cops on her and permanently banned her from the store, all because she asked for a clean replacement cup after another stranger touched her drink. There was absolutely no compassion, no professionalism, and no basic customer service. People deserve to feel safe and respected when they walk into a business, especially over something this minor. If this is how customers are treated for politely asking for help, I would seriously reconsider supporting this establishment.

I speak both English and Spanish, and the employees in the afternoon/night seem to only speak Spanish. Which in itself isn't a problem. However, I do wish they would have at least one employee who speaks English it would make things easier for employees and customers not to mention it would make the line go down faster. The problem is, even when speaking Spanish to make things easier when I ask for lids or food. They seem to care even less and sometimes don't even respond. They just seem to not care. I thought I was just being judgmental so after 4 other occasions I've gone to grab some snacks with friends my experience does not change. Not only that but a woman with glasses seems to be wishing customers a good day with an angry tone and very insincere which just happened this afternoon She seemed to get angry just because I asked if I could get lids for Slurpees... They also don't know the meaning of personal space I tried paying with my card. As I inserted it into the card reader. It read as an error and the man behind the counter tried to grab it out from my hand thinking I wasn't doing it right. Which in all honesty shocked me and left me feeling very upset. I get if he was trying to help but why couldn't he be more mindful rather than just reaching over and trying to take it from my hand?! I honestly don't recommend shopping here unless you need to.

Initially, it seemed a pharmacy employee would not dispense my pain prescription, which greatly distressed me. Eventually, after I texted my doctor, they released it as I waited in excruciating pain. Later, they dispensed half the number of tablets from a different prescription, on at least two different occasions. The lines are long, and voicemails can be returned days later.

This is not regarding insurance issues or problems contacting doctors for refills. This is an issue with hiring unqualified employees who are mismanaged by a frustrated pharmacist. Nothing worked inside the store the cheese machine was broken and i asked for help he barely even helped me I had to figure it out myself, the floor was sticky and it smelt nasty inside there I would not recommend at all. Prime example: today I purchased a lottery ticket with 3 plays at $2 each. I use the same ticket every week. It is ALWAYS $6! The woman put my ticket into the machine but instead of just putting it through she started punching extra numbers! When she came back she said that it would be $12! Essentially she ran it 2 times, kept one for herself and wanted me to pay for both! Then the guy got involved when I told her she was wrong. The ticket he handed me showed 3 plays which should equal $6 which I pointed out to him! He looked at it said yes and then told me I would need to fill out a new ticket! I said no, I would take my original filled out paper and go somewhere where they don't try to cheat! I went next door to Charlie's liquors and sure enough, he ran the ticket and it was $6! Watch every time they charge you for anything as they may be doing the same "overcharging" for other items as well and just assume no one will notice!!
