This company has no care for their customers or their possessions! In May, as my car was being scrubbed down by the attendant, the car wash malfunctioned and threw the vehicle in front of my car out of the car wash backwards at a high rate of speed into my vehicle. Thank goodness the attendant was not standing in front of my car. The new car wash manager was very nice and took an accident report. The other victim and I were advised they would review the video and be in contact with us. It has been 4 months, I've made at least 4 trips down to try and speak with their manager...I'm told that he will call me...never happens! My insurance company has also made multiple attempts to make contact, again no return calls! read more

Love the monthly car wash option usually, but the attendant today was not good at all. Went they the first time and the man w the ungaged ear holes and whispy combover was cursing up a storm while prewashing my car to go through the drive thru. When I got out to dry my windows after, I realized the front & back of my car was still too dirty to just touch up w a towel. I went back around and told the attendant that my car was still really dirty and was driving thru again fir a redo, he didn't do any better the second time around either and after 2 attempts Lil white Nissan still looks like tan trash. The people who usually prewash the cars do a really good job and I've never had to drive thru 2x, but I think I could've continued driving through the rest of the day and still not get a clean car from the dude working. read more

The absolute worst car wash in the world did nothing but scratch my car it actually looks worse after I got the car wash than it did before. The pay machine was broke so I had to go inside and pay no big deal but then the water that shoots out and supposed to clean my car barely worked so the blue roller things were just smacking my dry car until I hit about mid car wash when the water actually somewhat worked but the soap left these ugly spots all over my car especially the hood because it just dried on there because of the lack of water and at the very end the blow drying did not do anything so on top of the water scratched paint soap spots I know have streaks of water spots all over not to mention the entire car wash almost completely missed the entire back side of my car read more

I have been to this station several times since it opened. It has good prices for gas. I like getting food here, particularly the hot dogs and chicken burgers. I only play about three-something dollars for one of these along with a bottle of soda. I never have a problem with service. Will be coming back for more. read more

Went there 20min ago,the doors were locked.there was a atendtent mopping the floors. I tried three times to get her attention, she chose to ignore me I knocked on the door, i called out, then i yelled, nothing, I said something rude then left encouraging the next driver to go some place else. It's sad when adults teach young adults bad customer service habits. My car was empty I just got back in town after fighting Friday traffic so I go to get gas and a car wash. Now we all know arco pumps are not the fastest so it takes some time to fill up. Still I am in line for a car wash by 6:54. Now if end of the day is at 7 and people are in line you serve the people in line prior to end of shift. That is normal customer service you don't turn away people already in line even more so when they have already paid. Granted having customers right at the end of shift sucks but if you don't want them don't sell the service. It bad practice on the gentleman's part in teaching a young adult it's ok to turn away paying customers before the end of shift. read more

The car wash was horrible. We didn't get our car on the tracks and the attendant didn't stop the car wash or anything. We had to blindly drive through the car wash. 1. No clue where we were going 2. It messed up our mirrors. Not only did we have to blindly drive through, the car wash itself was horrible. I could do a better job cleaning it myself. Don't recommend going there at all read more

Cheapest gas in hollister!! Has best snacks for road trips and it has cheap drinks. I don't think it has windshield cleaner however.

This used to be ok for gas and coffee. Now the pumps are offline if they do work some dont. The owner is not keeping this up. He did replace at pump card reader maybe 8 months ago. But not all of them work. The gas does give me the best mpg. But seeing the owner doesnt keep it up I'm not sure I want to come here anymore. read more

Went to this station this morning and wish I hadn't. I gave the cashier a bag of coins which we disagreed on the amount of, we also disagreed on the change due. I understand getting a bag of coins is awful but she was rude and impersonal. While she was serving me and others she was on the phone with another cashier saying she wished that person was there. She preceded to tell this person that she wanted to slap a customer earlier and that she almost strangled (I suspect that was not actually the case). Coincidently he this customer had a dispute about the change too. read more

This review is for the car wash. The cashiers are dumb as posts. But, the car wash is the best automated car wash I have ever been to. It does a good job and doesn't scratch the finish. It would get 5 stars but, the "spot free" rinse is hardy "spot free." Anyway, tip the guy $1 for extra suds and he'll hook up a little extra care! read more

On 4/27/15 at 5:51pm my son, pulled into Arco AmPm (301 Gateway Dr., Hollister, CA) to get gas. There was no notification on the pump that anything was wrong with the pump and so he put the nozzle in his car and started to pump, but instead the gas showered down all over him and he yelled to an attendant for help. My son went into talk to the asst manager, Deyti, in order to ask what they were going to do about this situation. Without checking on my sons health and safety and without having even seen what happened at the pump she told him that he would need to give his information and they were going to charge his credit card $180 for bodily damage to their pump. This she did without reviewing the video tape or having seen anything. Another attendant quickly removed the hose and put an orange cone at the pump, and still no one attended to my sons health and safety. My son called me and I joined him at the station. I called the police and had an incident report taken. I spoke with the manager, Rick Singh, on the phone who said he would review the tapes the following day, but has never called us back, however I have confirmed that he has been into the station today and reviewed the tape. The manager, Rick Singh, also neglected to ask about the health and safety of my son during this situation. I took many pictures of the car and the pump. The car was not moved from where my son pulled in to get gas until the police arrived. It is unacceptable and dangerous that a gas station would be so negligent with it's pumps and that the management would not first check on the health and safety of my son. It was the police officer that made arrangements for my son to wash what gasoline he could off of himself in the gas station bathroom. And it was the police officer who suggested that I should file a complaint. This is pure and simple negligence! read more
