Made it to our RV spot and began to troubleshoot the problem. I contacted Watsonville Ford Service at 4:00 pm. I spoke with Adolpho (Service Advisor) explained what was happening and what I thought was the problem, a defective alternator. He agreed and transferred me to parts where Ken took over. They did not have a Ford alternator in-stock and the closest was in Fresno. It was a crap shoot if it would arrive and be installed by Friday, Service wasn't open on Saturday. Ken found a local parts house that had a rebuilt alternator that he had delivered or picked up by their team by Friday morning. Back to Adolpho, he told me have it there first thing in the morning and they would have the alternator installed by the end of the day Friday at 4:30. Well, they had it done by 3:30!! Way to go Watsonville Ford Parts and Service, I can't thank you enough....And to top it off, it was delivered with a repair bill that was under their estimate!!!!! Teri and I cannot thank you enough......................
