My experience of Msrc and Mike and Access Options has been nothing short of incredible. They bend over backwards to help you get on the road and stay there. They are knowledgeable of accessibility needs and demonstrate seasoned knowledge regarding driving systems and vans and lifts etc. I'm shocked to read negative reviews and know that sometimes the disabled community can be unrealistic about people meeting their needs and wants. I've been spinal cord injured for over 40 years and have been around many accessible companies for different things. Access options is exceptional. I would encourage anyone to reach out to them for any accessible driving needs. Thank you, Marc and Mike for all you do for so many

Instead of honoring the contract they had already given me to sign, they expected me to sign a brand new contract at a much higher price. Why should I have to pay more because of a mistake they made? When I refused to sign the new contract, they started delaying my down payment refund and even banned me from the dealership. On top of that, I believe the truck may have been a lemon because it was already having mechanical issues. The entire process was unprofessional, stressful, and a complete waste of time. A dealership that won't stand behind the contracts they have customers sign, tries to charge more for their own mistake, and treats customers this way isn't a dealership I would ever trust or recommend.
