They replaced the popped tire with the wrong size. I called and they said they'd refund the tire and not the towing. I told them they'd endangered myself and my mother and sister. Jules said "it's not dangerous to drive with one mismatched tire." She also said "We wouldn't have sent you out knowing it was unsafe." Which means they didn't know the tire was wrong, or they knew it was wrong and thought it was dafe." I asked her if it would be cheaper to refund the whole experience or to go to court. She took my address to ship me a refund for JUST the tire.

Despite that, the problem keeps coming back. I don't leave high‑draw accessories plugged in, and this started very early in the car's life. At around 10,000 miles I reported the problem to Subaru during scheduled service, so there is a documented history. I saw this 2016 Audi allroad at this dealership 2 weeks prior to my purchase date at a "good…read moreprice" and wanted to have the sales person/owner; Charlie Yeo send me a video and he would not use the online format I suggested and was somewhat unreasonable so I decided I didnt want to make a 2 hour trip based on pictures. Two weeks later the price was adjusted over $1000 less to $6999 + gov't fees = $8,068 so I drove up the hill and test drove it for 38 minuets. I drove it on the freeway twice, pushed the speed, manually shifted it, hard breaked it and stopped to check out some of the electronics and found the drivers left mirror was faulty. The glass was not fixed to the movement motor and about to fall off. Not a big deal but technically a "safety issue". We arrived at the dealership and did a check on all the lights and had no problems o I decided to get a bank check to buy it based on me thinking all I would have to do is spend $200 on replacing the mirror and assembly and a check up. Now I know all used car sales are As-Is and final but he reason why I am writing this is because I want to share my Post Story. After driving it down the hill and 3 days later a warning light came on "Stop the vehicle immediately and check fluids". The radiator resivor was empty, I purchased gallon, another gallon and another until I took it in for an assessment. I needed a water pump which was my worst case thought for this vehicle and common for this model at 123,000 miles. I would have spent the $1600 fixing it but I was also told " the timing chain was stretched". This is a $5-8,000 fix for both! Dispite Charlie telling me "you can have somebody look at the car here" and him asking me to "sign off on the mirror that we won't fix it" what I was told days later was that the "check engine light should have came on much earlier" I was also told something else that has led me to believe that this dealership knew this vehicle needed major work. Another odd statement front Charlie was that "your plates and registration should come in the mail in about two months". I know dealers have 10 days to have sale documents into the state but based on personal experience this rings very...odd. MY LESSION: I would have better lost $200 having an independent inspector look at it and drove back rather then loose $8,000. When you go to THIS DEALER take a mechanic or hire an inspector. The Best Dealer placard that they have on the wall is not what I experienced because after this unit being on there lot for months I am of the opion they should have auctioned it off rather then knowingly selling a vehicle for 8k that is worth 3k base on the work needed. I took my one-time large VA disability check and threw it away! As long as this place has been in business I may be the minority opion but this is just BAD BUSINESS.

Very Disappointing Financing Experience…read more I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Watsonville GMC. I came in seriously interested in purchasing a 2027 GMC Terrain and was ready to put $5,000 down. The vehicle selling price they showed me was $32,535, which I was happy with. The first payment worksheet I received showed 6.99% APR for 72 months. After submitting the credit application with a co-buyer who has strong credit, the financing offer I received was 13.34% APR for 72 months. With my $5,000 down payment, the amount financed was about $31,538.75, but the finance charge alone was $14,706.85, with payments of $642.30 per month for 72 months. That would mean more than $46,000 in loan payments, plus my $5,000 down payment, on a vehicle with a selling price of $32,535. I understand that interest rates depend on credit history and lender approval, but I was extremely uncomfortable with how dramatically the financing changed. When I questioned the rate, I was told they did not receive other approvals because of my credit history. I specifically asked about using my co-buyer's stronger credit or having her qualify independently because I was not willing to accept a 13.34% APR. This experience left me feeling pressured and very disappointed. A low advertised vehicle price does not necessarily mean you are getting a good overall deal once financing is included. My advice to future customers: do not focus only on the vehicle price or monthly payment. Before signing anything, carefully check the APR, amount financed, finance charge, total of payments, down payment, and any warranties or add-ons. Get everything in writing and compare financing with your own bank or credit union. I ultimately was not comfortable accepting these financing terms. I hope the dealership improves the transparency and customer experience around financing because buying a vehicle should not leave a customer feeling this frustrated and disappointed.
