The company I am writing this review about is Watsonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Watsonville California. Nathaniel was my Product Specialist. He was very courteous and professional. He listened to my concerns and desires and cared about my situation. I could tell he really cared. He addressed all of my questions. He found the exact car that I wanted and kept me apprised every step of the way, even on his day off. He went above and beyond, and I really appreciated . Now Rick, the floor manager is amazing. He listened to me and really cared about my situation and what I wanted and could afford. He went above and beyond and found an amazing deal for me. He really cared about me and my situation not just about making a sale. He made me feel important and listened to. He really cares about his customers and he treats you like family. The last and final step of buying a car is the paperwork which I hate and don't understand. Jessica the finance manager was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and she took the time to explain all of the paperwork to me and addressed all of any questions. If you are looking to buy a car or truck and want to deal with a car dealership that really cares with people that will go above and beyond to make the customer happy are treated like family then go to Watsonville Auto Group in Watsonville Ca and deal with Nathaniel Rick and Jessica. I was greeted by a awesome sales man but don't remember his name at the moment. He let me test drive a impala 2008 , which I did not like so he offered a little something different and we took a 2010 Honda accord and I was sold by this one. It was the best car I have driven the past months . One problem it had 112,000 miles and we want something under 50,000 so he showed us a 2009 with close miles to what we wanted . It was getting late and my son was with the babysitter so we had to leave. I left really happy with the service . I did not get pressured by the sales man like other lots around town where they want you to just drive off or go in the office to soon. I will be looking for a Honda accord 2008 & up with under 50,000 miles and be purchasing it . I hope the car lot can get one soon , I will definitely be returning if I find a matching car to my needs . Sorry I can't release his name wish I got a business card but was so busy test driving all there awesome cars. I forgot to add . The man that helped me out also offered me a quick approximate of what I would pay with a car worth (xx) amount and he said a guy has gotten one and took it 5 years around 270 a month. Which of course is just a estimate . But most other places I go that I ask always want me to go in there office , which I do not like at all .

The inept, incompetent customer service phone reps in the Mortgage Department here will cost you hours of your time on the phone correcting their mistakes and driving to the nearest branch to make mortgage payments that are mishandled over the phone. Six weeks ago I tried to add my 96-year-old mother as a member, and she was denied membership. NFCU's based their denial on the Patriot Act (terrorism). I filed an appeal and re-applied for my mother to become a member and she was denied a second time. Every time I call NFCU they refuse to talk to me about it. This has been going on for the past six weeks. I wrote a letter to the CEO of NFCU, the National Credit Union Association, and the Department of Housing with regard to the denial was unjustified, discriminatory, and violated the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. My mother was trying to become a member so she could apply for a Home Equity Line of Credit on her home. My mother's home is worth two million dollars, she owes nothing to her home, and she has excellent credit. Yet despite my attempts to reach out to everyone, I have heard nothing. I even tried reaching out to broadcast news to see if they would be interested in airing my story, and so far nothing but crickets. What is ironic is despite their website inviting family members to become members they refused my 96-year-old mother. This is proof we live in one of the most dysfunctional societies of our time with absolutely no accountability to obeying the laws of the land. The next step in this process is Chaos.
