Introduction: I…read morerecently had the pleasure of visiting the team at DRIVE IT, a local used car dealership in Marina California, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped foot onto the lot, I was greeted with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. In this review, I want to highlight the aspects that made my experience at DRIVE IT truly remarkable. The experience was similar to what you would experience at CARMAX but right here in Marina. No pressure, check out the inventory, test drive if you want and make a purchase if the time is right. Impeccable Customer Service: The team at DRIVE IT goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. From my initial inquiry to the final purchase, they were attentive, patient, and eager to help. The staff members were knowledgeable and answered all my questions with clarity and honesty. They genuinely listened to my needs and preferences, ensuring that I found the perfect vehicle to suit my requirements. Focused Inventory: DRIVE IT boasts a focused inventory of used cars (less than 100K miles), offering just the right amount of makes, models, and price points. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection available, which allowed me to explore various options and find the ideal vehicle for my lifestyle. The cars were well-maintained, clean, and accurately represented, instilling confidence in my purchase. If you have a specific car in mind and don't find it on the lot, simply let the team know what you're looking for and they may be able to find it for you. They're willing to go the extra mile. Fair and Transparent Pricing: One aspect that truly stood out during my experience at DRIVE IT was their commitment to fair and transparent pricing. The dealership provided competitive prices on their vehicles, and there were absolutely no hidden fees or surprises during the negotiation process. I appreciated their honesty and felt that I was getting a great deal without any unnecessary haggling. Thorough Vehicle Inspection and Documentation: Before finalizing the purchase, DRIVE IT ensured that the car underwent a comprehensive inspection, giving me peace of mind about the vehicle's condition. They provided me with detailed documentation of the vehicle's history, including maintenance records and any past accidents or repairs. This level of transparency reinforced my trust in the dealership and the quality of their cars. After-Sales Support: The dealership provided me with incredible after-sales support, such as guidance on servicing, warranty information, and future maintenance needs. Their commitment to customer satisfaction extended beyond the point of sale. I've never experienced anything quite like this in the used car realm. Conclusion: I wholeheartedly recommend DRIVE IT to anyone in search of a used car dealership that prioritizes customer satisfaction, integrity, and professionalism. Their exceptional customer service, focused inventory, fair pricing, thorough vehicle inspections, and after-sales support make them a standout choice in the local automotive market. My experience with DRIVE IT was genuinely enjoyable, and I am confident that others will find the same level of satisfaction when choosing to do business with them. We are lucky to have such a gem right here in Marina, CA.

DMV said by law they have 90 days to get the title to someone after a vehicle has been paid for. It's been almost 200 days. So I can't legally sell the car or even register it. The dmv said their business doesn't own the car. It's owned by a Toyota dealership in Salinas. They won't answer my calls and the owner said she was going to bring me "more paperwork" to fill out but didn't show up. Now I'm going to have to go to their business with the police and my attorney. Don't do business with these people.

The first APR% they offered me was around 18%, what the actual fukkkk. (I came with 6% !?) Take it at face value, buyers always be aware. I am happy with my purchase overall, but they sold me a vehicle that needed some things (Tesla, TPMS all bad and now I have to pay to replace them) and they will not make good on that now. Several calls later, Thomas still didnt do what he said. So, no I would not go back and give them more business. Word of mouth is important along with a good and honest experience. Broken promises and incompetence... At every level. We saw a car online and called them to ask if…read morethe car was available and ready, we were ready to buy and we didn't even want to negotiate the price, so the whole process should have been done quickly. I also had a pre-approved loan for the total in-hand and ready to go before we walked in. We got trapped in the dealership for a total of 4 hours, they made us sit in the lobby for over 30 minutes waiting for nothing before any paperwork showed up. Something that should have prepared while we were making our way over. After telling us how much they appreciate the service of our military members, they then let us know that they will not accept checks from Navy Federal Credit Union. We were forced to go with one of their lenders, even though I already had the check in-hand. That would have been nice to know before I already spent an hour in-store! So I had to take an extra hit on my Credit when really I should have just walked out. Luckily my credit score is high enough to take it. We sat for an hour waiting for them to find a loan for us, and we got a lot of rejection letters only because we ALREADY HAD THE DANG CHECK FROM MY BANK so of course new lenders aren't going to want to accept to give a second loan to someone! Whatever, we had already been there for so long, I was not leaving without this car at this point. We then sat there for another 90 minutes while they "finished the paperwork..." but didn't give us any idea of how long that would take so we could have used that time to do something other than sit there and do nothing! (This is hour 3 of trying to entertain our kiddo while we wait by the way). After that 90 minutes we went into some other guy's office and re-hashed all of the information from the past few hours all from scratch. It should have been an email or that other guy should have been present the whole time! He was just walking around the store we saw him several times just strolling! At the end of the transaction when everything finally went through, Walid, the salesman, said we would have to wait another 30 minutes for the car to be detailed. WHY in the last 4 hours was the car was not cleaned?!?!?!? Crazy. After we walked out we discovered that one of the two keys had a dead battery. I asked Walid if he could help get us a new key battery and he said he would "look into it." Fine. I waited a month and then emailed him about it, and he replied over two weeks later saying that he would ask the parts department if they had a key battery for us. It has now been six months and we haven't heard from Walid or BMW at all! All of their claims about caring about their customers are false. They got their money and now they have no interest in continuing to provide service, even after they say they will.
