Moving and adjusting to a new home can be stressful, but now my AC and heater function are not one of them. I know they will keep my equipment running and safe for years to come. We will continue to use this company for all of our heating and cooling needs. Highly recommended.

I…read moream posting this review to document my experience for other vendors and contractors who may consider working with them. I was hired by Vance Air Conditioning and Heating LLC to build a website for their business. The agreed price was $1,500, paid via Stripe. I delivered the completed website on May 13, 2026. The owner confirmed receipt of the work the same day via text message, and the website went into active use on their domain. After accepting the work, the business filed a payment chargeback through Stripe and was awarded the $1,500 back. The website I built remains in active use on their domain at the time of this review, with only the bottom-of-footer attribution swapped to a different vendor's branding. I would caution any vendor, contractor, or service provider considering taking on work for this business: verify all payments are fully cleared and chargeback windows have closed before delivering any product, design, or service.

They told me the issue was one thing and fixed it for a lot cheaper than I thought. Unfortunately, the air only worked for a day after that. I text and called the guy, I believe it was the son I was dealing with, and he asked me to check something; based on the check he advised it was a different issue he was worried about. Came back out and replaced THAT part. The unit ran for a couple of days, then went out again. I was extremely frustrated. None the less, I knew it was an older unit. They gave me a quote on a new HVAC, advised they don't offer financing and that was pretty much it. I don't want to say they were rude, definitely not, I just couldn't help but feel like I was a bother with response to texts a few days later with statements such as "phone wasn't working" rather than saying don't work weekends. I suppose I just didn't feel like welcome, for lack of a better word. You know that feeling when someone wants your business... That partnered with the issues with the AC twice after they looked at it are how I arrived at my opinion.
