They had a lot of items I liked. The staff was present in the store, but I had to ask for help. The girl I asked took the time to look up an item I was interested in, but it was mostly sold out in store and online. She said that they could order it but there was a chance they would not get it due to the fact that the online quantity was so limited. I appreciated her candor and did not order the item. I tried on a few items and decided on my purchase. I had heard the previous cashier tell someone that they did not have much change in the register so if the person was paying cash they couldn't take any large bills. When it came time to pay I decided to pay cash, but apparently they had to use a different register for that. I had exact change, so she moved over to the next register. It took her awhile to figure it out and she had to call for help. Eventually, she figured it out but I felt bad for the person waiting behind me. I will definitely be back. They had some really nice items and are not far from me.

The parking lot is massive, so you won't have much trouble finding a spot. My boyfriend and I came here looking for cowboy boots, and they have a wide selection, especially their high-quality styles. I love how everything is displayed so nicely, and you can actually try on whatever catches your eye. The associates were super friendly, the service was great, and overall I had a really positive experience. I ended up getting one of their popular brown boots in a size 9 for about $150. It's definitely on the pricier side, but the quality is amazing. If you're planning to wear your boots often, the value is absolutely worth it. I'd definitely recommend checking this place out!

It is larger, cleaner, and has more selection than their previous location. They make it clear to separate men's and women's in an obvious way where anybody who's walking in for the first time can understand where to go and what to see. There are plenty of options for shoes for Western style, like cowboy boots and workwear like boots for work and steel toes boots. The service here is really helpful and will provide assistance whenever called. I had to do an exchange on boots and they were very helpful in finding a different size. The parking here is very abundant as it is in a larger plaza with other stores next to it and nearby. The price is here are within 100 to 250 per pair of cowboy boots. Shirts and jackets range between 20 bucks 25 bucks up to 80 and 100+ for nicer jackets cowboy hats are also really good quality and can range over $100 easily but you can find cheaper options as long as you look and or ask for assistance. Cons: I did not recall seeing too many cons at this place. If I were to be nitpicky, I did not see a public bathroom but I'm sure there was one available. Verdict: I would come to boot barn for any of my western clothing needs. They have very high-quality items at different price points for anybody's price range. Upon many emails and one long phone call later, I have now been issued a full refund back to my original payment on my AE credit Card and they have "devalued" the store credit. Something I knew they could do BUT they just didn't want to. This is a lesson is persistence HOWEVER not one that I wanted or needed.
