When we parked at the Vista Skechers, my son got out of the car ahead of me and walked in by himself. More often than not, store employees do not acknowledge kids when they walk into an establishment alone. However, I noticed that the moment my son walked in, Yuri approached him and asked if she could help him. He told her he was there for new shoes but did not know his size, so she took him over to measure his feet and figure out the right fit. I know she could not see me (my vehicle has tinted windows), so this was just Yuri being a thoughtful and attentive person, not someone who was trying to impress a parent. My son's feet are in that awkward in-between stage... too big for kids' sizes, but with limited options in the first size of men's shoes. I walked in just as Yuri had finished measuring his feet and was patiently listening to him explain what kind of shoes he was hoping to find. Every style he liked was unavailable in his size, so each time, Yuri looked it up in the system and then went into the backstock to try to locate it for him. While waiting, my son started (intentionally) sliding around on the floor in his socks like Tom Cruise in Risky Business... and even though I was losing my patience with him, Yuri never did. She stayed kind, polite, and helpful the entire time. Thanks to her, we walked out with four pairs of shoes he liked (instead of the 2 we initially planned on). Yuri's professionalism was wonderful, and her patience was next-level GREAT. I could not have been more impressed or more thankful to have her assisting us.

I was within my 30 day time period and emailed "customer service" only to be told there was nothing they could do. Well that was not an answer I was going to be ok with. Upon many emails and one long phone call later, I have now been issued a full refund back to my original payment on my AE credit Card and they have "devalued" the store credit. Something I knew they could do BUT they just didn't want to. This is a lesson is persistence HOWEVER not one that I wanted or needed. As soon as I walked in, someone helped me out. To my surprise they have a nice variety of soft PJs with a variety of patterns and colors. I decided to get a snoopy themed PJ set. I must say the quality of the clothing was awesome. Despite washing the PJs a bunch of times, the quality is retained. I went back and bought 2 more sets and a few tops. All in all, American Eagle has a great collection. The quality of the material is top notch! They have several branches. Made a complaint to customer service asking for an update because not shipped yet and their response admitted that this is outside their normal processing time. I then responded to them asking them for transparency as to what is causing the delay, but they have not yet responded.
