I placed a simple pickup order through DoorDash at 8:24 PM for two items from this 7-Eleven. The app gave me a pickup time of 8:28 PM, and I arrived around 8:30 PM, only to be told by the cashier (Roman) that my order had already been picked up. That's strange--because the app didn't show it as picked up until after 9 PM. I asked him who picked it up, and all he said was, "I don't know." No effort to help. No accountability. I asked, "Shouldn't you check ID or a confirmation email before handing over someone's order?" Again--"I don't know." No responsibility, no concern, just a blank stare. This is unacceptable. If you're handing out people's paid orders with zero verification, what else are you careless with? I was trying to support local, but after this experience, never again. This is not just poor service--it's dishonest and unsafe. Avoid this store at all costs. I wouldn't even trust buying food here. What a shame. read more

Great store that is convenient and fast. It's close to the freeway so it's easy to get to and things are usually always in stock. However I do feel confused about the "ready to bake options" for their chicken because they show up on the Delivery apps as ready to bake so you would assume they would be frozen. However, they are always delivered as hot items so... Not sure if this is just here or a general 711 thing where when you order the ready to bake, they always come cooked rather than come as frozen. read more

We went to the 7-11 on the SW corner of Cochran and Tapo Canyon, walked up to their front door, and immediately turned around. We went back to our car and drove to a different 7-11 - one that didn't have rats scurrying past me right into a rat "motel." Well, maybe it was actually a no kill trap. And, to be truthful, there was only one rat. He just seemed to rush into it as though he'd set up house. Yes. You read this correctly. A RAT. Plus there was a second rat "building" on the east wall. Very clean store all representatives are very nice, store is always stocked, the owner himself will help you find an item and if they don't have it for you they will order it even if 7 elevens don't have it !! Okay, so I formerly gave this store a one star and have changed it for one reason only...there's one guy that works there daily who I have since found to be much better than the rest. Since he is always there I rarely have to deal with "resting bitch face lady" and although he's not overly friendly that's okay because I don't need friends...I just need STUFF and a bag to hold it in! OLD REVIEW This store started off as a very convenient place with friendly staff that had some items I couldn't find at other 711 stores. Slowly the nice staff started to disappear and now I refuse to go in at all because of how bad it has become. Everyone (especially the woman) has "resting bitch face" and they do not ever offer you a bag (even when it is quite obvious you need one)! In the very few minutes I have spent in the store it has been so unpleasant that I would personally just rather drive another 1/2 mile and spend my money elsewhere. There has actually been a few times I had to run my card for .10 because they didn't offer or charge for a bag I needed. read more

I'm so glad this place is here. If my batteries in my CD player run dry, I can skip out, grab some batteries and be back to work in a 15 minute break. If it's crazy hot outside, and I run dry, I can skip out, grab a Slurpee or 99 cent refill of Iced Tea and be back at work in a 15 minute break. If my co-workers are complaining about a lack of candy, I can skip out, grab some good stuff, and be back all in a 15 minute break. Great location. Good place. Cheap. Not so good with the food though. But it's a very very convenient place to run for random items that I've forgotten, misplaced, or have died and need to be replaced before I can continue working. read more

Omg horrible place. I went to get to Starbucks coffee in glass bottles. One was already opened. I put that down and told the clerk about it. So I paid for the other one. When I got to my car and opened it. I saw white stuff floating in it. I took it back the owner got upset and came out the back saying it's supposed to be like that. He would not give me a refund or listen to me. So I told him he can keep my money. Another person was there and said the owner is so cheap he cheats the fridge so he doesn't have to pay. If I could give a - 1 I would. 1 unfortunately this 7-Eleven is the closest store near my house. Have stopped many times before and every experience is one from hell this is the last time I will ever use the 7-Eleven !!!!! Itime is 1212am. I had to stop in for some cough drops for my son! I'm standing in front of the medicines reading which ones my wanted to purchase. Staying there for about 3 minutes just reading each one, look to my right and the so-called man that is working this evening is standing there staring me down. Is it okay I'm done. What's the next aisle rabbit candy for me again look to my left and there he is standing there staring me down. Very uncomfortable. Other times I've come in to purchase things that I've needed the gentleman that works these hours is very rude. Throwing my change onto the counter never handing it to me in my hand. Always have to run my card twice for the $0.10 for a bag because it never offered when it is obviously needed. SCAMMERS!!! Went in to buy ice cream and a lotto ticket. Told the cashier I wanted two lines of my own numbers and two of quick pick. He comes back with two tickets both with my numbers!! They had the exact same numbers!! Why the heck would I want 2 lotto tickets with the same numbers?!?! I told him that is not what I wanted and he started fighting with me saying that is what I told him. I said I don't want two identical tickets I wanted quick picks. So then I decided that I would only take the one. He said he still had to charge me for both? WTF?! Unfortunately he already had my cash in hand so I was forced to take my stuff and leave. I visit this 7-Eleven during early morning hours 12:00am through 5am during work breaks. I find fresh and hot coffee every time I walk in whether its a weekday or a weekend. Abdul keeps the store clean and is very attentive to all customers at night. Plus he makes fresh coffee at all hours of the night! In Simi Valley, I only stop at this location for coffee! read more
