I went in to get a Diet Coke and a Pepsi for my daughter. The guy behind the counter had no name tag. He was speaking a foreign language on the phone and totally rang me up and never said welcome, hi or even thank you . He not only did it to me but to the customer in front of me and behind me. He's paid to converse with customers not talk on the phone with friends. The store was clean but backed up with customers. I'll never go here again. He was rude and disrespectful. Horrible experience I witnessed all the 7-Eleven pizza that are for sale to the customers on the 711 floor and then five minutes later put on the shelves for us to buy one of the packaging had to rip at the bottom which means contaminated I've had so many problems at the 7-Eleven. It's just not even worth going to anymore. They're honestly disgusting and rude people and they blame their problems on you. I wouldn't wanna waste or spend my money at this store one of the worst 7-Elevens out there and the manager is disgusting. He does really bad business. I had a good experience stopping by this 7 eleven store. I came here solely for the July 11 slurpee deal. I found parking easily and the store was not busy. I went with the raspberry slurpee and boy was that the wrong choice. I would not recommend this slurpee flavor because it's not that good. I also got a chocolate crunch bar as well. The man working the cashier was very polite with me and had small talk after he saw my last name. read more

I've been coming to this 7/11 about once a week for almost a year and noticed this employee Singh, he is very very friendly with the people ahead of me but as soon as I come up, he is just very rude. Doesn't say hello at all, just stares and is silent, as soon as I'm done checking out, if someone is behind me, immediate friendly hello. He needs improvement. read more

Nothing real spectacular,just another 7-11 here in Simi Valley.It seems to me that every other corner here in the valley has a 7-11 store.Back in the 80',there was a lot of chicken places and there taco trucks and 7-11 go figure.I guess its all about the convenience. Worst customer service ever. Every time I go there is a younger gentleman with semi long blonde hair. That is just the rudest individual ever. I am a frequent 7-Eleven shopper. I go every few days. A few days ago I came to this location and the guy looked at me and straight said, hold on. Very rudely. Not hello how are you? Just horribly, hold on. There was another gentleman there, maybe the manager, and he looked at him and then he looked at me and said he means please hold on. Thank you. The rude blonde gentleman didn't even acknowledge or care of the other employee had to say something. Rather embarrassing. Fast forward two days, I come back and I requested a carton. He said that he could not get the carton for me and that I would have to wait until he serves every customer first. There were over five people in line. I told him no, every time I come in here you give me bad customer service, and now you want me to wait until every customer is complete before you will help me? The five stars are for the buffalo chicken rollers. I am a huge connoisseur of these delectable hot dog-shaped morsels of buffalo chicken. While I've never met a roller I didn't like, the ones here are the best I've ever had! The outer buffalo layer was dry with the perfect amount of crispness while the inside was hot and moist. Basically, I could tell these rollers were placed on the grill fresh this morning, a huge advantage to the ones that roll back and forth overnight, waiting for me to arrive and rescue them like a knight in shining armor. Worst 7-eleven in town. Cashiers always doing something else making customers wait. Today I waited for almost 5 minutes before he came to ring me up. I had a scratcher to redeem and after waiting all that time he wouldn't redeem it. Said it would take too long because the barcode was messed up. He could have hand enters the numbers but instead turned me away. There was no one in line behind me who would have had to wait very long. This 7-11 is literally 90 seconds away from my house so it tends to satisfy my emergency coffee cravings. However, today I came in to get a coffee at about midnight and I didn't know coming in with Pjs would mean for the cashier to stare me down. As I poured my coffee he came next to me & I thought he was going to say something but just smiled and took the coffee pot out of my hand after I finished pouring(wierd). This guy has staring issues, like I would be walking up and down the isles and his eyes wouldn't come off of me. Very un-comforting . He has glasses and might be new because I've never seen him there before. I go up to pay and he just smiles and stares at me for about 5 seconds before he begins scanning my items. I was so uncomfortable to the point I put the wrong pin for my debit card twice !! Yes twice !! I grabbed my stuff and walked right out. The store itself is always clean and just like any 7-11. I made an account just to post this. I live within walking distance from this 711 and go here every few days to buy cigarettes, and have been for the past 3 months. The woman here is sweet and kind. The man with the grey beard, however, is very rude. I am a small-statured woman with a soft voice, and while the other employees (and employees at other places) can hear me just fine, this man always has a nasty comment to say about my voice, even stating them loudly in front of other customers. I would suggest going elsewhere (as I have started to) for your needs. read more
