Sunday, September 5 at 5:16 pm I went to this 7-11. I've been going to this 7-Eleven for over 20 years and the cashier asked me for my ID which is definitely plausible. I told her please let me walk to my car to get my identification. when I got back she refuses service ! My advice is to steer clear from this 7-Eleven and go to the other one on Flickinger. Usually make a stop when i'm leaving the bar in the plaza. It's usually late around midnight or so when I usually come in. There's never anything ready to eat. No hot dogs, no food in the ovens. Sandwiches are usually out of stock. And whatever taquitos they have on the rollers taste like they've been sitting there for half the day. Not to mention their ATM charges you and arm and a leg just to get some cash out. I think it charged me a $2.95 fee + $1.00 for a bank fee. It's shockingly sparse in the store. There aren't any cups to buy soda or Slurpees. The section stocked with "Mexican" candy is pretty much bare. The entire soda fridge is pretty well stocked. They are also selling single rolls of toilet paper. I don't know how much they are each. To summarize, no fountain drinks or Slurpees. read more

I checked in here because I was using the ATM in the store. So this review covers the ATM and parking lot. The ATM is located to the right of the store immediately when you walk in. Nothing special about except that I don't get charged a service fee for using it. The parking lot sucks though because its super crowded. My tip is to park in the adjacent spots to the front of the store, where the hood of your car faces Berryessa. read more

This location will forever have my gratitude for helping me out tonight. Stopped to pull some cash and pick up pizza at a neighboring location. Locked my keys in my car and had to wait for roadside assistance. Roadside assistance took 2 hours to arrive and I was getting nervous being out by myself because there were some weirdos nearby. The staff at this 7-11 allowed me to sit in their store to wait for the tow truck so I would be safe. They also plugged my phone into their charger when it was low so I wouldn't miss the call from the tow truck! Thank you guys for making sure I was safe and letting me charge my phone. Worst customer service ever! Get people who can read actually read identification correctly! Showed the cashier tonight working 11:45 pm my passport a federal ID. I'm not sure if he couldn't understand the numbers? Was going to give my boyfriend my change and then he rudely asks"who pay, you pay or you pay" we both said I was 21 too. The service is fine but I want to warn people about the store's location. There was a homeless man outside of the store asking for change and I told him that didn't have change. So I went into the store and some guy who was probably talking to the homeless man told me "SO NO CHANGE HUH!" after buying what I needed. Then after my transaction I gathered up my change to give to the man but when I walked outside he was so no longer there but instead some guy probably in his 20's was standing where the homeless man was and told me "I'll take his spare change!" so it got me wondering how did he know that I planned to give the man change when I gathered up the money inside the store and the young guy was outside the whole time. So in the end I'm guessing that this whole thing is a modus operandi to get people to give away their money. Be warned! My favorite 7-11 just cuz it's down the street from my friends house. Anywho all 7-11s are kinda the same, but I have a funny story for this place. One day my friend and I came here and bought two 40's, one for each of us. It was a summer night so we killed each of ours while sitting inside a playground on top of the slide within thirty minutes. Then our other friend shows up with more 40's so we each had another one to ourselves. Anywho fast forward we were drunk as shit and we ended up going to my friends house where her mom and aunty wanted us to get them beer. So we go back to this 7-11 and it's already after 2am so you can't buy anymore alcohol. We didn't care and we were thinking maybe he didn't notice it was after 2, so we walked to the fridge door where the beer was but it was locked! So we used our drunk thinking caps and was like let's open the door that had soda and reach for the beer! Lol so that's what we did and we walked to the register with all this beer and the cashier looked at us crazy and said "how'd you get this? You can't buy alcohol anymore." My friend says "the doors not locked" so he goes and double checks and it is locked. Then my friend tugs on it and says "oh hey y'd you lock it?" lmao. Anyways we were trying to persuade him to sell it to us by saying our alcoholic mom will beat us up if we don't come home with any beer and my friend said that Lucky always sells it to her. Then the cashier said "that's y Lucky got fired." Then me and this other girl told our friend "haha you got Lucky fired" and just gave up on buying beer and went back to home.
