I Love 7-ELeven and I Love this Location. This pLace is aLways cLean, spacious, and brightLy Lit. To top it aLL off, the empLoyees are great. Perfect spot for a pitstop whenever you need a snack, drinks, or a handfuL of scratchers!!! Minus one star because of the sketchy peopLe who are constantLy hanging around here asking for money.

    the receipt for the restaurant

Cashier doesn't give proper change and he doubles down on the fact and when I showed him the receipt that he gave me and the change provided he keeps trying to make excuses about the fee even though the fee was already registered into the receipt. He gave me $9 in change which isn't much to argue about but the attitude and the way he handled the situation is why I wrote this review

This specific 711 on berryessa road is a bad one to go to. They have less than functioning slurpee machines, little to no food being prepared, and no shelves being stocked and is very empty

    Lime Cucumber flavor, refreshing!

Not open 24/7, no sign posted either. Worker waved me off at 0200. Useless location and useless staff.

Not really 24/7. It was a little after midnight and the doors were locked. At least post a sign.

A simple, clean and smooth process. I've gone to this store front when it first opened and I haven't gone back since. When they first opened the quality of the drinks were not as great due to how impacted and busy they were as any other "new business" opening in the Bay Area. The flavors were very chalky and unbalanced. Going back to it now months/year(s?) later I can definitely taste the difference in flavor, depth and quality put into it. I'm not a big fan of matcha but when I do want a cup the Guava matcha is my #1. The guava matcha has been one of my favorite go to's ever since I've tried Haiku's pop up in their earlier days. It is different and unique compared to the classic strawberry matchas. I am happy to know that I can always rely on them as my go to for matcha lattes. The matcha flavor is deep and rich while the guava is nice and subtle. Mixing the two together it tastes very harmonious while not over powering one another.

With some coffees a second cup will give me a stomach ache (especially since I drink my cold brews black and bitter like my soul), but I had no problems with their cold brews! I also got the vegan stonefruit scone (baked by Sweet Dragon) and while a little on the dry side (common with scones), paired extremely well with the coffee and had good flavor. Husband got a cappuccino and a strawberry mini pie and was extremely pleased with his order. The service is friendly, but some things may have been new on the day we went. They almost forgot my cold brew until we asked at the counter, as well as stating that they didn't have anything to heat up my husband's strawberry pie (which seems odd, since a little toaster oven seems like a simple fix for that), but apparently it was fantastic at room temperature anyway. Seating was absolutely full when we got there and we were lucky to snag a table as another couple left, so it seems like a popular Saturday morning spot. Several folks were working on laptops, and it seems like a kid-friendly place. The decor is a clean and modern/trendy industrial style, which works well for the space, and the windows provide nice daylight. Overall, a good coffee shop and I am really happy to see vegan pastry options! My husband is getting into pinball, which was part of the motivation to come out and try Chromatic, so I am sure we'll be back again next time he wants to hit up Slingshot (in the same building), and I look forward to the coffee and treats!

The seating area is quite limited for the large crowd it attracts, making the atmosphere inside feel a bit chaotic at peak times. Fortunately, the baristas are super polite and work fast, keeping the long lines moving efficiently. The coffee menu and the retail bean selection are both impressive. I decided to try a dulce de leche coffee. While I was expecting a strong caramel profile of dulce de leche, the flavor turned out to be fairly subtle rather than prominent. It added a significant sweetness, but without knowing the order beforehand, identifying the exact flavor would have been tough. That said, the coffee itself was still refreshing The high quality of the coffee bean really shone through, delivering a rich aroma and the ideal caffeine kick for a breezy morning. Great coffee beans and fast service make it worth dropping in, even if the indoor seating situation is a bit tight.

This is how you can tell the owners are actually fans and not LARP, which is AMAZING. Service was efficient and super friendly, even when the lines were busy (it's a con, what do you expect) and even though the food was prepared elsewhere and taken there, it was pretty good and helped tide me over during the long convention. For my order (over a span of 2 days), I got the: 1) Hojicha Milk Tea (Red Blooded Nephew): -I got this iced. -Not bad, not too sweet and not watered down either. Great pick me up. Nice smoky and roasted flavor to it. Pretty good. 2) Fire Nation's Butter Mochi: -Certain days they would run out of one flavor, other days they would swap it up from what I believe. -I got a black sesame and kinako banana. -I think I got a third one, but a friend ate that. It was more of a savory flavor, but unfortunately forgot what it was. -My favorite was the kinako banana since it was a neat twist on what a banana bread would be like in a different form. -Very filling, decently large piece of butter (shaped like a rectangle of butter) mochi and easily shareable too. -You have to eat it the day of since it does get dry and hard if you try saving it for the next day, sadly. 3) Spam Musubi (Sizzle Crisp Rice Snack): -Decent spam musubi. -Rice had the perfect texture, it didn't fall apart and despite it being, I'm sure prepared before hitting the con floor, it wasn't soggy in the slightest. Not bad. Hopefully one day I can stop by their actual location!

Occasionally burnt espresso but I love them too much to mind. I am a matcha snob to say the LEAST. Hands down best coffee shop matcha in the Bay Area. The classic iced matcha latte with honey is grassy and earthy and creamy and a little sweet. The iced banana pudding matcha latte had people lined up around the corner for months when it came out. It is deliciously worth the wait. Best banana cold foam in my opinion because it's made with actual bananas instead of flavoring so it's much more mellow. The double matcha they had for awhile is also awesome. Banana cold foam also goes great on an espresso latte. Now they let you add whichever cold foam you like to whatever drink which is great. Basically you can't go wrong. They are always changing up the menu for the new season and have lots of unique drinks on their menu. Not much seating inside at this location. The winchester Blvd one has more if that's what you're looking for. Their pastries are also all yummy and they sell their matcha powder for $60 for 100g which is a GREAT price for a great matcha.
