These guys are not open 24 hours!!! there's been multiple occasions where this place has been closed, when I needed it to be open, at like 12:00 to 5:00. I've gone to knock on the door, and they're just sitting there. on top of that they'll charge you extra if you buy a chocolate eclair it is not going to be 199, like it says on the freaking advertisement, it's going to be 250 for some reason, he said only the donuts are $1.99 even though it clearly said chocolate eclair 199!!! he's still charged me 250!!! I told him it says right there chocolate eclair 1.99, he literally fought with me and wouldn't let me leave until I paid for the amount he wanted! when he got close to me he smelled so bad like he hadn't showered in months! How you going to work around food and smells so bad I almost threw up! Anyway the guy says they keep it locked because it's a bad neighborhood, this is not a bad neighborhood it's industrial here basically it's an end of a freeway and the start of a neighborhood is really not bad at all, and if you think so maybe you shouldn't work here at night, so the people can get in, and you don't have to lock yourself in like you're scared!!! also the coffee machine here was broken for more than a year, it gave out half coffee half powder, so you would have to fill it up with the cold the French vanilla first then put some of the half powder half coffee!! if not it would just come out tasting like water, and I told him this multiple times dude was like "it's not broken" even though the machine would shake when the coffee would come out!! it would come out like it was going to explode!!! I'm a regular customer at 7-Eleven, but I'm not coming back to this whenever again I'm sick of it!!! every single time I had an interaction with any one of these guys they were super rude!!! Owner didn't honor a $1 offer for coffee, with a purchase of Extra Gum. The sticker with the ad was new and fresh, but the owner stated, "It's old". My brother and SIL bought a lotto ticket and some scratchers here. 8 ppl in front of them. My niece and nephew scratch the scratchers. And my nephews one won $800. Service was normal. Initially I thought I would have nothing to say about this place but there are a few things that I would like to point out about this particular 7-Eleven. First off the parking lot here is atrocious. People don't know how to pull into parking spaces and they damn sure don't know how to pull out of parking spaces. I was here today and almost got hit by 2 cars because they didn't know how to pull into the parking lot nor do they know how to pull out of the parking lot. Secondly, there are a lot of homeless that like to hang outside of this particular 7-Eleven. I don't know how they make it here to drop them off where they come from but they hang out in front of the store and they like to open the door for customers and ask for change. As stated in other reviews it does get a bit annoying but I guess you just have to deal with it. Out of all the 7-Elevens I've been to this one has to be the dirtiest. Next the staff here just really seem disconnected. They seem like they're just going through motions and waiting to get off work. Every time I come here no one seems like they really care about their job. I don't know what it is but it's kind of sad. Oh yeah all the hot food items that they serve here seem to look really old and disgusting. I got a slice of pizza from this particular 7-Eleven once and it was disgusting. I would question the freshness of their hot foods especially since they now have cheeseburgers!!! Also be careful using your credit or debit card here because I have had my identity taken as a result of using a card here. Best option is to use cash here. Lastly, the floor is really dirty here I don't know why that is. But, every time I come here the floor is dirty and sticky. Someone please grab a mop and clean the floors here it would be very much appreciated. This is by far the most disgusting & dirtiest 7 eleven i have ever seen. Its located in a mucky part of the SF, but more filth u will see inside than outside of this store. Sticky floor full of trash, stains covered coffee island, disorganized merchandise, zero customer service quality of the employees and above all, their GRILL was so dirty(see picture) that i cancelled my order seeing its condition. 7 eleven inc HQ should immediately take action here. read more

There aren't that many parking spaces so during the day it is an issue, but late at night it's noprobs. The surrounding area does feel a bit sketchy though. Thank you for introducing me to Hi-Chews and always having them in stock right in front of the register to make it easy for purchase. Thanks to you I've shared Hi-Chews with a whole entire company and everyone in my pre med classes further propagating this Hi-Chew phenomenon. Thanks to you my best friend Chong and I always bring each other Hi-Chews and have Hi-Chews to cure our cotton mouth woes. Thanks to you, 7-Eleven by my house, in front of the freeway entrance and exit, there is always a place for me and Chong to go to get final touches of our munchies binge: Hi Chews, chocolates, donuts, vitamin waters, fruit cups, sushi, hot dogs, taquitos, slushees, breakfast and Time mag. Over all I like this location due to it's a 24 hours 7-11 The problem is so many homeless at night and not as safe in that area. So I don't recommend to go there too late unless you are in a group. I found some snacks I need and that's it. Service was great and fast. read more

I frequently go to this particular establishment because it's close to where I live and the pizza is really good, yesterday as I was placing my items on the counter the lady inspected my big gulp and because the color was unfamiliar ( due to fact I like to mix different flavors) she literally accused me of going into to one of the refrigerators and stealing either a juice or an energy drink. The lady was speaking Tagalog With the other person working with her I informed her that the beverage was dispensed from the soda machine she didn't believe me and I felt insulted for being falsely accused.. My purchase came to around $15 and the other clerk understood but she would rather get upset with me rather than go look at the surveillance video! On top of all that she only gave me 2 slices of pizza when I ordered and was charged for 4.. I guess I had to pay for her being wrong..
