Anyway the guy says they keep it locked because it's a bad neighborhood, this is not a bad neighborhood it's industrial here basically it's an end of a freeway and the start of a neighborhood is really not bad at all, and if you think so maybe you shouldn't work here at night, so the people can get in, and you don't have to lock yourself in like you're scared!!! also the coffee machine here was broken for more than a year, it gave out half coffee half powder, so you would have to fill it up with the cold the French vanilla first then put some of the half powder half coffee!! if not it would just come out tasting like water, and I told him this multiple times dude was like "it's not broken" even though the machine would shake when the coffee would come out!! it would come out like it was going to explode!!! I'm a regular customer at 7-Eleven, but I'm not coming back to this whenever again I'm sick of it!!! every single time I had an interaction with any one of these guys they were super rude!!! I don't know why they did not have to be! I was being polite to them!! Three people asked me for money outside. One followed me in because I said no. Inside, 1/2 of the customers were homeless. The one clerk seemed nervous. Let me remind you, this was at 3pm in the afternoon, not 3am. This made me want to leave so bad, but I was hungry. My spicy big bite hot dog $3.50 was OK. There was a promotion for two slices of pizza with a 20oz drink for $5. Not sure what 7-11 can do about the cleanliness of the homeless coming in issue. It is more of a Daly City/San Francisco issue.

That said, the parking lot does tend to attract its share of transients who sit on the ground beneath the windows. My big favorites here are the ATM machine and the automated key maker. There's all the junk food favorites, though I must admit I haven't had a meal here since they stopped selling microwaveable piroshkis back in the 1990s. I'll usually get my lottery tickets here, as my dad did before me. :-) Here's hoping for a win! Love this store and will continue to visit as often as I need to.

They only had soy sauce, but good thing I keep hot sauce in my car. lol The Shu Mai wasn't as bad as I expected it to be. Sounds weird right?, but I went in already picturing them to taste like some frozen version, but they weren't. They were porky and a little on the small size. I think they were like 59 cents each. As for the Siopao, they were both bbq based, looked the same, had the same texture, overly salty sweet for my taste. Other than that, Loop has good snacks and drink selections compared to the other gas station market chains.

I have been to many Loop stations, and as a subscriber to their soft drink and coffee program, this location has been the most reliable by far. I get my gas, drinks, and car washes here on a regular basis, and the staff are always welcoming and kind to me. It doesn't matter if it is day or night, they are always very consistent. I just wish other Loop locations could match the level of reliability and service this one consistently maintains.

I know this pharmacy is a total trash fire (parking is impossible and the line is usually 20 people…read moreany given time), but one of their pharmacists tore the place apart trying to find a misplaced prescription for me that had been recirculated and mislabeled, and she then went way out of her way to find what they had available to get to me same day, and that's totally unheard of these days. (She deserves five stars, I'd one star the building since the last time I was here security laughed when someone having a crisis went through the line screaming at and basically spitting on other customers). They do not pay their staff enough, seem wildly understaffed, and don't really do much to manage any of the issues, but their staff is doing what they can and definitely deserve better support than they have.
