I was driving back to SF from SJ and decided to stop by this DashMart. I placed the order before I left SJ and headed straight here. I placed two orders of a little over $10 each so barely paid anything for the items above. Well, if you don't count the cost of the DashPass or the CC I have. That's right, girl math! I think the groceries from DM are fine. It's kinda like grocery outlet, Sometimes you gotta look at the expiration date. But you normally have a week or two to consume anything with an expiration date. Unless it's specified otherwise on the item before you order. The produce is typically in pretty good condition. Tho I found this location offered less variety than the one in Concord. Parking was easy as it's in a shopping plaza. It was pouring that night, so hard to see. Almost had a car turn head first into my lane while I was leaving since it was hard to see the lines. So far, I'm a fan of DashMart. REVIEW #3985

When we went it was pretty busy, that there were no carts to be seen by the elevator. I had asked 2 ladies who were chatting at one of the registers (they could easily be my tita's). They were like you didn't see any when you came in, I was like no. Then they pointed at the entrance on the other end of the building. Walking to get the cart, definitely made me feel like I could easily get my steps in for the day here in no time. The layout was kind of funky, but I understand it's a work in progress. They had some frozen items like ice cream, eggos etc. next to the pharmacy/OTC items but there are other frozen items on the other end of the store. I thought about this as I was thinking my ice cream that is on sale is going to melt. The bakery section and floral department was pretty huge. What amazed my cousin and I was how big of a selection they had for asian food..particularly filipino. They had standard staples that I usually go to manila oriental for like: knorr seasoning, lucky me pancit canton, they even had frozen daing na bangus that my dad buys. We took our time walking up and down each aisle to see what they had. Cashiers were nice and checkout was easy. I'm sure this place will be even more packed once people realize it's open. The parking garage is pretty huge and so far they have a chipotle next door.

Mostly good visit to the new Safeway…read more But there are still still things Safeway operations and management needs to hammer out. Such as,,,,,,,, on the front door going into the Safeway. They have a notification sign saying that you can recycle your cans and bottles here at the new Safeway, located at 190 El Camino Real, South San Francisco, CA 94080. Confirming the sign by. Attaching a picture to this review. But,,, when I went to the courtesy desk to ask them about recycling bottles and cans here at the new Safeway, they said that they don't do recycling here. And that no one in the store had given them any instructions or training on how to recycle bottles of cans. There are a few other things as well they need to smooth out here. Another example being The control panel for the elevators. Yes elevators. Not escalators. Go into one of the elevators and have a look at the control panel. The big giant Safeway logo is directly next to the floor labeled 1. Sorry, but that floor is for the parking of cars and trucks. And out in the other part of the lot. The charging of your electric vehicles at the new Tesla chargers. The actual Safeway store where you go and you buy your stuff is located on the second floor. Which is the top customer floor In the elevator labeled with a number 2. Also see my attached picture to this review. The meat case is fantastic. They've upped their game to the point where they're starting to catch up with meat case appearances in places like Pacific Market, Mollie Stones. But Safeway is not there yet. Even at this new store. Much better than other Safeways I've seen so far for the most part. They also sell gas grills. But unlike other Safeways, this new location do not have any Blue rhino cage out in front to buy bottles of propane. Or swap out your depleted bottle. Most of the people in the new location here are chipper and happy to help you out. Some of them appear to be just a little stressed from the new opening. But not much. They just want to do a good job. The new the new Safeway location is really easy to find. The new location also has lots of parking. Both covered, and in an open lot in the back. Pharmacy looks ready to go. Deli counter as well stocked and well presented. As is the rest of the deli section . The bakery also looks to be set up and well run. One very cool thing about the Safeway that I like a lot. Is the customer area for enjoying your food right in the store. There's a lot of tables and counter space. There are several gender neutral bathrooms right next to those tables. And there's some electrical outlets to charge your devices while you sit and consume you're ready to eat foods and coffee. Like most Safeways, you're not going to find everything here. It's a large safe way to be sure. But it's also set up to work well within the neighborhood that it's located in. So if you want a Safeway that has a larger selection you'll have to go over to the Safeway on Gellert. Despite the rough edges from a couple weeks after grand opening, I'm happy with this new Safeway. It did a great job in replacing the old Safeway. That's a couple miles away across from the South San Francisco Library. And I'm excited for what's in store for the future for this new Safeway location. Keep on going Safeway in this new location will be shined up to perfection in no time. I recommend everybody else stop by and have a look too. This review is written on on July 7th. 2026.

Their location is conveniently situated at the corner spot of the Ramallah Plaza at Skyline and Manor. The lot is small, but I have never arrived there and faced an issue with finding a spot to park my car. They always keep their spot clean and tidy. In addition to offering a vast selection of wines, craft beers, and premium spirits, they also sell household items, snacks, and soft drinks. A great plus is that a Miss Tomato Sandwich shop also resides inside Quick Mart. The staff and service are awesome. The guys who run the shoppe are always super friendly and warm. I've got to admit - Max, their dog, is my favourite...and seems to be loved by all of the neighbours. Who couldn't love him? He is such a sweet, obedient dog...and smart! I was once shown how he knows how to fetch a bottle of water from a case in one of the aisles. Such an amazing and delightful sight that was. Every time I drive on Skyline, I always check to see if I can get a glimpse of Max sitting at the front door as I drive past the store. To us, Quick Mart is not just the neighbourhood convenience store, it's also a place to visit for a guaranteed smile when Max is there.
