The group tried the Ube Taro Brown Sugar Boba Milk, Ube Brown Sugar Boba Creme Brulee Milk, Mango Green Tea, and Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie. Individual reviews of the Ube Brown Sugar were positive with notes that the boba was overcooked and there was a little too much boba for the liquid ratio. My friend enjoyed her Mango Green Tea and I did like the Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie. It was sweet and creamy, and more on the refreshing side. I got it without boba because I had a bit of an upset stomach while I still wanted something sweet. Didn't think adding boba would help with that! So I think it was good without. The staff was also helpful and tried to make sure we were clear on some of the quirks of potential drink flavors. Would return when I'm with my friends in the area again.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of the poor customer service from one of the young ladies working there. She made my daughter and me feel very uncomfortable when we asked if one of the teas could be changed because it was too thick and sweet for my daughter's liking. Instead of simply trying to take care of the situation, she immediately said "NO" and made a disgusted face. Thankfully, Jeff stepped in, saved the day, and offered to make us a new drink. As a multiple-business owner myself, Jeff is exactly the type of employee I would want representing my business. He understood customer service and handled the situation professionally. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the other young lady. Her attitude and facial expressions were completely unnecessary and made the experience uncomfortable enough that even my daughter felt as though she had done something wrong simply for asking. Great teas, and thank you to Jeff for turning an unpleasant situation around.

The menu options were simple, i don't know if making a concoction of flavors was possible but it didn't show. I like bitterness in my coffee and this had just a hint of it. We tried the mazapán and Mexican mocha, they were both good. Again, i prefer the stronger coffee flavor so for me it was subtle but still good. The flavor of mazapán was there but again, subtle. They were not overly sweet which I liked. We also tried a s'mores puerquito cookie which was also not overly sweet and good flavor. I will be back and ask if I could have my coffee made stronger, hopefully this helps! Our total for 2 coffees (hot and cold) and a puerquito was $14.50 Food/Coffee:**** Service:**** Ambiance:*

Of course all I found was Starbucks close by and I truly hate Starbucks for they're so acidic and I like more of the mom and Pop shop. Man did I hit the jackpot! Not only is the Coffee fantastic with some great original recipes but this bad ass coffee shop is women run out of her apartment "hence the name". Now I get to go sit in less traffic with a smile on my face and a warm cuppa Joe in my hand Of course I had to order two different recipes. I got the cinnamon dolce and the rosemary iced latte. They are both perfectly made with the perfect amount of coffee to sugar ratio. She also had milk alternatives for me, so I got both with oat milk! Not to mention her website was so professional, and easy to use. Thanks again I hope your business thrives! Can't wait to come back next time I need a good coffee close to CBX! PS I'm buying two rosemary iced lattes next time!

I ordered an Americano black, my benchmark for any new coffee spot I try, and it was clean, had a good body, and was pleasant from first sip to aftertaste. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere of the shop is upbeat and feels community-oriented. I will definitely be back to try a latte and a refresher soon!

I'm not even a coffee drinker, but I tried the iced mazapan latte with oatmilk and was pleasantly surprised, it was creamy, slightly sweet, and actually really good. I'd order it again! My husband got a cortado with 3 shots and said it was smooth, robust, not too bitter, and perfectly balanced. He gave it an 8/10. Big shoutout to Josh for being so patient and helping us decide what to order, seriously amazing customer service. And shoutout to Tommy for making our drinks perfectly! Super cute spot with great vibes and even better service. Definitely worth stopping by.

The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and I appreciate that I'm not sitting around forever waiting for my coffee. I know I should probably branch out and try some of their other drinks, but I have a picky stomach, and when I find something I love, I stick with it. Their Café de Olla with honey is definitely my favorite. Most importantly, I wanted to acknowledge the consistently friendly service. A great cup of coffee combined with kind, efficient customer service makes all the difference. Five stars from me!

I came alone but this would be a good spot for a group to work as well. I tried their classic matcha and I admit I was a bit scared when I first saw how light the color was... however I was pleasantly surprised after the first sip. The classic matcha does come unsweetened and this day I choose to not add a sweetener so I could get a feel for their matcha. It was a 3/5, not too bold, and I did pair it with oatmilk. The oatmilk wasn't as creamy as I would have liked to tie the drink together so it did feel a bit watered down. The matcha itself was very earthy, had to keep swirling it to get the matcha powder that settle at the bottom to mix in. I would try this with just a bit of honey next time or regular milk to see how it improves flavor. I don't remember how much I paid for it... but regardless, it was a good drink so I'm not upset about it! The only thing I didn't like at this spot was how loud the music was. It felt a little drowning. I don't think if I had someone in front of me we could hear each other without having to raise our voices. Other than that, the A/C was okay. It wasn't super warm inside but also not cold. It was a good ambient temperature. The staff were relatively polite. The vibe was... weird (a little condescending) but not too disturbing where it would make me not want to return. Perhaps they're just awkward. This is located in a HOA area I believe so maybe that influences people attitudes or the vibes in the store. Will return to try more drink!
