Individual reviews of the Ube Brown Sugar were positive with notes that the boba was overcooked and there was a little too much boba for the liquid ratio. My friend enjoyed her Mango Green Tea and I did like the Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie. It was sweet and creamy, and more on the refreshing side. I got it without boba because I had a bit of an upset stomach while I still wanted something sweet. Didn't think adding boba would help with that! So I think it was good without. She made my daughter and me feel very uncomfortable when we asked if one of the teas could be changed because it was too thick and sweet for my daughter's liking. Instead of simply trying to take care of the situation, she immediately said "NO" and made a disgusted face. Thankfully, Jeff stepped in, saved the day, and offered to make us a new drink. As a multiple-business owner myself, Jeff is exactly the type of employee I would want representing my business. He understood customer service and handled the situation professionally. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the other young lady. Her attitude and facial expressions were completely unnecessary and made the experience uncomfortable enough that even my daughter felt as though she had done something wrong simply for asking. I got a small iced vanilla latte with oatmilk, half espresso (I'm here for the creamy vibes not so much the coffee taste), plus vanilla cold foam and cinnamon sugar on top... sooo good. Smooth, sweet, and made exactly how I imagined it to be in my head. The guy working was really nice and even gave me a free sticker, which was a cute touch. Cafecito on Palm has doubled and tripled down on the community with their locations in IB and at Época, and I really appreciate that. The coffee is consistently good. I do wish they had pour overs or other brewing options to explore their different beans, but hopefully that's something we'll see in the future. These jovial ladies make it a pleasure to visit and process orders quickly. It is amazing how they where everything is without looking, the price and what is best. They could practically run the place with blindfolds. Prices are reasonable too. My son gets the hot chocolate usually with a sandwich. I go for some type of frapp with a blueberry muffin. Well blended for my taste. Makes the wait enjoyable feeling the warmth go down my throat into my belly. The size might be small for some but they are right for me. They are located in the 1st floor of the pharmacy wing. If you enter from the parking lot, they will be on the left side before you make the right towards the pharmacy. If you forget you can ask the information desk as you enter and they'll just point to the location. This Kaiser is busy making parking a tad tough at times. i don't like to come here just for the coffee but it is conveniently located right before the on ramp to the freeway. Nice to have for a long drive.
