We were in Kensington so I could pick up my crab bomb from a nearby market and yummy gratis vanilla cupcake with strawberry champagne frosting from Mike B via Sweets by Sam. Jealous? You should be. Only we couldn't get a pizza from also nearby Continental Pizza because my pal doesn't carry cash. We came here to use the ATM machine, but ending up getting pizza slices from here because they were so darn cheap! The cheese slices were really cheesy and warm. They were actually really tasty! Maybe not as good as the fore mentioned pizza place, but paired with a small $1.00 Slurpee, it hit the spot. Get this: slices are 2/$2, or... if you enroll in their Reward program (enter your phone number at the register to join) they are 2/$1.00! Maybe that's a limited time thing. Also, their fresh baked cookies looked great. They're 2/$1.00, and they have a variety of flavors. Also a small box (6/$2.99). I would have bought some if I had just picked up a gluttonous haul from also nearby Donut King. (Their apple fritters are the bomb for breakfast!) Today will be the last day I ever walk through the doors of this establishment. Been going here for years, and more and more it's just going down hill, I looked past the onions, tomato's, jalapeños, and pico de gallo looking like it's been sitting for 2 weeks at a time. But today, the biggest least friendly of their staff who usually sits behind the counter and will eat food then handle cash. Got angry I looked around for a cashier and no one was around so went to the back where everyone was congregating and said cashier! She bulldozed up front ignored me waiting in line. Starting speaking to her friend and then proceeded to tend to him first. I was not ok with that, I am a customer, was here first and sorry I asked for a cashier up front when I wanted to pay for my items. By then I needed to get back to work, so because of the attitude, lack of coffee I really wanted, pizza looking like it was there since last night. I thought it best to leave and just not return, no one should have to deal with this place, it should be torn down, restated and made into a wawa or royal farms! BOO THIS 7-11!!! read more

Had no type of food, saw a cockroach, and the men at the front desk paid no mind to even ask us if everything was okay when we left.

Their sales person Kassam was incredibly rude and made a simple transaction difficult. He wasn't friendly at all. I just wanted five gift cards with $5 on each card and this seemed to make him angry and unhelpful. Also, he stated all gift cards could only be purchased with cash, which made the man behind me put the gift cards he wanted to buy back on the rack. I won't go back. read more

I literally just stood and watched one employee restock cigarettes and have her be dismissive to my existence. We did make eye contact a few times which is why I'm so baffled. I asked to be helped she smiled and called for someone else who was restocking shelves. So I had to wait a total of like 5 minutes for her to call someone just because she can't put her clipboard down and the other guy took another few moments too because well restocking the shelf he was working was more important. With a line growing of 5-6 people shouldn't all employees proactively work together to take care of their customers? Than resume their shift duties. Who runs this place anyways? Who holds customer service in a decent regard in this place? I get it it's a 7-11 but jeez man some basic 101 in very basic skills. read more

This 7-11 is very clean, has the multi brand fountain soda machine with flavor boosters. The parking isn't the best but it is an expansive lot. Pretty standard of the items here and some 7-11 extras. read more

They don't stock some of 7 Eleven's common items like bagel sandwiches and such. They lag behind in restocking those items you normally find in the heated displays. read more

I used this store for charcoal lighters, cigarettes, slurpees. The employees are friendly and they are busy on the weekends. The store is clean. Parking is difficult due to completion from other stores. read more

This 7-Eleven must be some sort of training center because there's constantly new faces working here, and many of them don't seem to be even faintly familiar with the English language. The "regular" employees are very competent and help with needs very well, but the issue is that they hardly seem to work the registers anymore. The "trainees" are often the ones on deck and they cannot assist customers fully or in a timely manner due to unfamiliarity with 7-Eleven and/or the English language. One new employee I dealt with half an hour ago was a new low; after ringing up my items I had also asked for a bag and some grill food but he just barked the price of the items he rung up. I tried saying my grill order again but he just interrupted me and barked my price at me again. To add insult to injury, it was one of the "regulars" ringing me up at first but after greeting me and prepping the register he decided he just didn't feel like ringing me up. Speaking of grill/warm food, it's rare to see them decently stocked on anything besides hot dogs (taquitos are the worst of this, alongside the hot sandwiches), no matter the time of day. In addition, for nearly the past year, the store frequently has an unpleasant odor inside. It's not overwhelming but it's definitely noticeable. In conclusion: don't go here if you can help it. There are literally two other 7-Elevens very close to this one. Those aren't quite as nice inside as this one is but it's a trade off for much more competent employees, consistently well stocked grill items, and not being permeated by a bizarre smell. read more
