When I visited the store, I had a terrible experience at CVS Bel Pre Rd in Silver Spring, MD. Not only the checkout lines were slow and backed up at the pharmacy, the pharmacy manager, Fawaz Vatan, was unhelpful and lackadaisical. He didn't seem to care whether he worked there or not and neither did the other employees. I guess the disinterested management attitude is reflected on the staff's energy. The pharmacy manager's customer service was rude and lacked professionalism. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.
