When I told him what happened, he told me they must have damaged my TPSM system and gave me that price so they wouldn't have to repair it. Unfortunately only one mechanic can actually diagnose and repair your car, despite 4-6 employees being onsite. As a result it often takes 24 hours or more to get an estimate and even longer to get even a simple job completed. Also be careful with their billing. The three times that I tried out their services they always add on a few hundred more than the dealer. But they were convenient to my house. The third time was a charm and the end to my relationship when they misdiagnosed an issue, charged me well over a $1000 and didn't fix the issue. When I made the road trip to the dealer to rectify the problem. The dealer said it would have only cost $800 at the dealership. Fortunately the dealer fixed the issue. When I went back and cross referenced their past bills I saw they had charged an average of 20% above the cost that I could buy the same exact parts for from multiple local parts sources, and they likely source the parts for below retail being a mechanical provider. Also it is very difficult to get ahold of your assigned service representative. Seems like they are always out to lunch. Hopefully the business can turn the corner. It is a great location.

Tight space between the pumps and one-way traffic means you have to wait until the car in front of you is done pumping as you can't drive around anyone unless there is no one at the adjacent pump. It certainly holds up the line. I would only come to this station if I was running on empty or if the station was vacant.

My stepfather is a retired taxi driver so I always run repairs by him and ask him what price range to expect. The quotes they give me are always within the range he suggests. As a woman, I'm always expecting to get scammed, but as of today, I am not worried. I took my car in to get the air conditioner fixed. The gentleman who works behind the desk called me several times to give me updates. He told me it wasn't a leak, which would have been more expensive/ extensive. The part they needed to replace ended up being less than $10!!! I ended up paying about $100 for the part and for them to run the tests, which is very reasonable. I arrived this morning a few minutes before they opened and a woman was in line in front of me. One of the mechanics had started on her car before opening because he knew she was on her way to work. I asked her what she thought of Beltway while we were alone and she only had positive things to say, so I know I'm not alone in my opinion. When I thanked the gentleman over the phone for being the kind of car repair place a woman can actually rely upon, he said "Well, those other places don't tend to stay in business long." I think Beltway will continue to be around for a while.
