But, I was really close to this store on Copley Place and decided to pop in. For me, this location was a bit confusing. I am sure if I shopped here more often I would probably get used to the aisles and grocery items. The people who work there were as nice as could be. They pointed me in the right direction and one person, even walked me over to the aisle I was looking for. Unfortunately, this store was out of both items I was shopping for. I did find a few things I needed. But, as I came up to the counter, I saw the cherry tomatoes that I picked up, were rotting at the bottom. So, I gave them back to the person working there. I hate to compare, but I really don't think this store is as clean as the one I usually shop at. So, given that they were out of stock for the items I usually buy and the item I picked up was spoiled. I probably won't be coming back to this Harris Teeter. It is such a shame, because my last review, was 10 years ago, but they had such promise.

I tried calling the store but no one answered! There wasn't an updated receipt nor message sent to explain the change. I was quite disappointed but at least the kiddos enjoyed their donut holes!!!

It's right before the entry ramp to the beltway which I take to work five days a week. Today was their grand opening. I love that it is easy in and out. I usually go to the Royal Farms in Hyattsville, which is on my way home from work, but from now on, I'll be frequently this location since it's very convenient for me from my home to work. Very excited to have a location with plenty of parking and a drive-thru close by now, as the Siesta Ky Way location has basically no parking if you can't get one of 2 street spots right in front. I did a mobile order and had to wait a little because the car in front of me had a large order (saw at least 4 drinks come out), but someone actually ran my order out to me in the line while I waited. My drink and food were both made perfectly! The best part was this location actually had the Creme Delight donuts in stock! I've seen them advertised in the app since at least the beginning of November 2024 and when I say I went to over 6 Dunkins in MoCo & HoCo, and 2 more in North Carolina over the course of November and December, and this month so far, at different times of day and no location ever had them or could even describe them to me when I asked what they were filled with (because the app also doesn't say)...Well, Traville came through for me and had them fresh today! It's been a while since I've had a like noticeable soft donut from any Dunkin location. For those also wondering, it's a vanilla creme filled donut (not custard), chocolate frosted, and then another decorative dollop of the vanilla creme on top. It's decadent and delightful if that's your kind of donut :) Would give this location 6 stars for finally having this white whale of a donut. Haven't been inside, but there is plenty of parking in the surface lot right there if you aren't using the drive thru. Will definitely be back and hope they keep the 9 pm close time, as this would also be very helpful to have close by!

I've never felt the need to review a grocery store, however there's multiple times where ive gone to this location and have been treated awfully for no reason. I've never been to a store where the staff have genuinely made me feel dumb and made me want to cry after going (on multiple different occasions). I get hating your job, but don't take it out on people just trying to get groceries. Even if I apologize for bothering a staff, they still treat me awfully. Maybe it's a racial thing.
