I'm a 70 yea, v cr old disabled senior and I went to this 7/11 and bought 0ver $30 in snacks and drinks. The young girl behind the register put my stuff . In a bag. The second I walked out of the store, the bag ripped and all my stuff fell to the ground. I was able to pick up everything but one drink that rolled under my car. When I went back in the store a young man had joined the young girl. I asked if one of them could get the drink for me. And they both said no. Can you believe that? Great place. This 7-11 is always clean and neatly kept. The people are nice and helpful. The food is fresh and hot. Joey makes sure you are always satisfied with you experience. This 7eleven always racially profiles hispanics. They will not sell you a beer if you show up with a passport or an american visa id. The lady wants a california id only. No passport. Even tho passport is a more legal document than a cali id. And if its a mexican passport specially they say they are fakes. Worst customer service even. My 60yr old worker could not buy hes own beer because he had hes mwcican passport and hes american visa. Hes a tourist and they do not sell to tourist according to the 2 girls in the counter. I really like this 7-11. I come in here almost every sunday after church, and the owner is always there - very friendly and nice, smiling and asking how I am. The employees are also nice. Cyrus and Chris are the best! They always have such positive attitudes and are the friendliest employees out of every 7-11 that my fiancé and I have been to. They always greet us with genuine smiles and light hearted conversation. Walked in to this 7- Eleven. Tried to get my XL iced coffee and got a big gulp cup since they didn't have the iced coffee one. (Same size) the girl at the register tried to charge me for 2 Iced coffee refills. $1.49 each total came out to almost $4. I looked at the girl and asked why. She said that it's a big gulp cup and that isn't for iced coffee. I mentioned to her they didn't have the XL coffee cup so it's about the same size. She said she was going to ask the manager. This guy walks out and tells me "I don't know what you get away with at other 7-11 but that is going to be for 2 coffee cups" keep in mind he didn't say hello, how are you, what's the problem. This guy came out and basically attacked me. Then I told him "I am not trying to get away with anything there is a bigger cup size and you don't have it so I'm just trying to get that size cup " he then said to me " only M and L exists those are the only sizes" I kindly said "I'm sorry sir I go to 7-11 all the time and there is an XL cup. He then said I had to pay that amount for 2 iced coffees. I said no I didn't want it if that was the price. He then rudely said to me "don't come back to my store " I was shocked that this is the manager and I got kicked out of the store for iced coffee. I came into that 7-Eleven for a long time. I got coffee black for me my wife always wanted cream and wanted to put it in her self so I would put a few creams in my pocket for her. I didn't think there was anything wrong with that. So one day the owner jumped all over me about the cream and said I would have to pay for the cream this really tick me off. I had been coming in there for years just getting black coffee without any cream then he charges for cream an it was just me I have never returned to that seven=eleven since that was three years ago.
