The Breakfast Club was smooth. Definitely recommend this place. Limited indoor seating. Staff were friendly. Prices were decent. Place was small and not too busy. Would recommend. Breakfast Club: 4.5/5

Loved our experience at Rob's BrewPoint coffee shop. Stopped by early on a Saturday morning, and upon entering we were greeted by the 2 baristas. Ordered the nitro cold brew coffee, which was super tasty with hints of orange and vanilla, I loved it so much! Honestly better than a lot of places I've tried. My husband got an Americano, and we also grabbed one for our friend with milk. My hubby and I are black coffee drinkers and were impressed with the quality of the beans. The service was wonderful, and the barista answered all of our questions. They have local vendor merch like super cute earrings, stickers, and other fun items. The shop was super clean with a good amount of seating. Loved our experience and will definitely be back!!

When I am in need in the perfect cup of coffee, along with wanting to try seasonal drinks then this is my place. I found this coffee shop when I first moved to the east county, and was looking for something new to try. I noticed Robs was a cute little hole in the wall, and the staff were super friendly. They do have quite a bit of options, and offer seasonal items as well which is always fun. If you're a real coffee drinker, and don't just drink coffee for the syrups then this is definitely a place for you to try.

Little coffee shop in the middle of downtown El Cajon. A few tables inside to sit down and an area with chalk colors and a chalkboard if you are in the mood for drawing, which I thought it was pretty cool. Has the basics for a coffee shops plus some extra kick flavors if you want to add. There is milk alternatives for dairy free people. We ordered a Cappucino and a Latte with almond milk. Great coffee quality.

I'm a regular here and for good reason! The coffee is consistently amazing--I personally never skip the cortado--and the staff are just wonderful. I also love browsing their book selection; I seem to learn something new every time I pick one up. Highly recommended! Shout out to the crew you guys are AMAZING!!!!

Buttered Rum Latte at Ron's Brewpoint in El Cajon.

The feel is very locally owned. They have a chalkboard where people can write or draw stuff. But I asked if they had a Pumpkin spiced latte and they said "No, we're waiting until October. " he smiled so it didn't come off as too snarky but dude you own a coffee shop. Do some Market research. However the lady behind the counter said they have a buttered rum latte and that sounded good! It was! So I do recommend them. Coffee was delicious.

Stumbled across this little coffee shop while on a morning stroll across El Cajon. Two men behind the counter were very friendly and polite. The store was quite perfect for a quick date or hang out with a friend. There is also something wonderful about your coffee looking as delicious as it tastes. Happy Sipping !

735 am there were only two customers inside and there was a quick wait while the owner finished up a customer's drink. Free street parking directly in front of the business and walking distance if you're staying at the Courtyard around the corner. I had a Breakfast club ice latte $7.50 and vegan cinnamon toast muffin $4. My muffin was warmed up which made it perfect and a delicious morning treat. Coffee was strong and perfectly brewed. If you're in this area skip the Starbucks and support this local business you won't be disappointed. Only negative in my personal opinion was the music, it was a little too loud for morning coffee and not the environment I would enjoy drinking my coffee. I personally wouldn't choose to dine in. But I'm definitely a fan of employees listening to what they enjoy which is why I still give this business 5 stars.

Super cute coffee shop in the heart of downtown El Cajon. I was on my way to an open house and I needed a little bit of caffeine and saw this and went right in and everyone was super friendly. Great environment nice outside seating on this beautiful sunny San Diego day. I told the barista that I was in the mood for a holiday drink, but that I didn't like my drink super sweet and she recommended a perfect drink and it was fantastic where you could taste the coffee with just a hint of peppermint. I plan to come here often before my open houses :)

The Juror #4- A 4 shot flat white. If this doesn't get you going, check your pulse because you're dead inside.

If you're reading this because you're at the El Cajon courthouse, walk over here to get your coffee!!!! The guys are doing gods work to caffeinate the brave men and women responding to the call of duty... Jury duty! Ask for the "Juror #4". A flat white with 4 shots of espresso and half and half aka keto style instead of milk, with a packet of raw sugar. Ask the barista to put the raw sugar pack in the cup before he pulls the espresso. The half and half will give the drink a smooth, rich qnd velvety mouth feel. With the quality of the beans they are using, the coffee flavor will sit on your tongue with no bitterness. Seriously though, support small local coffee shops. Talk to the be barrista, tell them what you like and let them guide you. They custom made me a flat white that was perfect for my preference for strong coffee and when you drink it strong without the extra sweeteners (We listen. We don't judge.) the coffee beans better be on point... And in this case they are!

Well done ! Right temperature, amazing coffee art!! Great day

Well done , perfect temperature and nice flavor! Great way to start the day! I will be back

Came back with my cousin and experimented with different flavors. Had the bourbon dark chocolate salted caramel while she had the peppermint schnapps. Yummy to both. Come and discover which unique coffee is is for you. #MorePlease.

Great spot anytime I'm in El Cajon. Clean, friendly, and they make their own syrups. Really good lattes!

I was on my way to church and needed an early cup and was surprised how many shops were not open at 7 AM. I'm sure I could have found a Starbucks but that's always reserved for a last resort. Big props to this spot being open early on a Sunday morning, so I could make it to church prayed up and fully caffeinated. The barista opened right on time (7 AM) I loved how friendly she was for it being that early, and she got me my drink within 3-4 minutes. I am not a big coffee drive-thru guy, but if I lived in the area, especially knowing it is veteran owned, I might become one. Thanks guys and best of luck!

I've had Red White and Badass Brew one other time after my husband raved about this cookies and cream latte he got here. It's a small, local, veteran owned shop, which honestly makes supporting it feel even better. So, I thought getting his favorite drink would help, but turns out that was a seasonal winter drink... please bring it back, it was sooo good. I got in line around 8:30 and there were two cars in front of me. This place is so small and cute, I actually used to work in one of these drive-thru kiosk style cafes so I didn't mind the short wait at all as usually its only one or two people working in there. I do wish they had a menu visible from the line because I couldn't decide what I wanted while waiting. The only things visible were the specials like an avocado toast and a "no lucks given" drink. I ended up pulling up the menu on my phone which works, but it would be more convenient if they had something displayed out front like a sandwich board or something. The employee was incredible, super friendly, my order was taken quick and my drink came out even quicker. It is a little on the pricier side for a cup of coffee but you are supporting a local business. With tip it came out to over $9 for a regular size. I ordered the no lucks given, which is a chocolate Irish cream latte, and swapped to oat milk. My first sip was amazing, a medium dark roast that wasn't bitter at all with a rich chocolate flavor. You could see the chocolate coating the walls of the cup and I'm pretty sure there was a cold foam on top that made it extra creamy. The overall drink was smooth and well balanced, just a little too sweet for my liking but that's something I can adjust next time. I did have a kind of odd moment though. My second sip was great until I got hit with a sudden punch of salt. Like a full on salt crystal just melted on my tongue for a good 10 seconds. It was strong and definitely woke me up... which I guess is what the coffee was supposed to do, I just didn't expect a surprise salt bomb to help with that. After that I checked my drink and everything looked fine and the rest of it tasted great. Overall I'll definitely be back. The service was great, the drink was solid, and I love supporting a spot like this. I can't wait to come here more often, and hopefully one day come back with my husband when comes home from deployment, with his cookies and cream drink back on the menu.

I was really at a loss a few months ago when they changed their recipe! I drive by this establishment every day on my way to get on the 94. I thought to myself, "one time can't hurt!" OH MY GOODNESS!!! The Chai tea ACTUALLY had TASTE! It did not taste like that new found chemical (classic) taste Starbucks apparently has pumped into my beloved drink. The customer service was bubbly and jovial! I went inside one day because the drive thru was a tad chaotic, and I saw what I believed to be the owner. He was so just, chill and carrying on with the patrons. I really hope he is cognizant and proud of his bustling coffee shop he has created. This man, is also on the headset as well. So the work ethic is there. I want to see this for a local business! This is why they THRIVE! I have never met this person, no idea of his name, I am an observer as well as being part of the food and beverage industry. I appreciate greatness. The customer service here, all around is 10/10! It took me 4 times going through the drive thru (they have a camera) , for them to know EXACTLY what I order! Crew! You actually make my day!! Shout out to Sara and Melody! Give this place a go! Oh,oh they also have a punch card! Make sure to get one! You get $5 off when you hit a certain number! (The number could be lower ;-)) Ok, I'll see you tomorrow guys :-)

I was able to peek the inside from their drive thru line and the seating and space looks very comfortable. The drive thru line itself is a huge plus for me when on-the-go before work/errands. Getting back to the drink, I did order this iced with Oat Milk and half sweet -- It is so delicious My coworkers were even surprised at how much they liked it because of the lemon. Me personally? I love anything with lemon in it. Well balanced, tasty, not too much... just right and strong to get you through the day!
