If I order this in the future I would just ask for maybe a little more caramel. The star of the coffees was the Pandan latte. Pandan is green and reinforces a coconut type of flavor. It's bold enough with out feeling like it's over wheeling in syrup, so they balance it well. The plus is texture when they include a coconut toffee on top. When I walked up to the window, there were a handful of young associates inside, three or four, all looking much more awake than I felt. One of them zoomed over almost immediately to take my order: a small café latte, no fancy foam--just hot milk and espresso, the way nature intended. Two minutes later, I was back in the car holding a perfectly made latte that tasted like victory (and caffeine). The service was quick, the coffee was tasty, and frankly, Dutch Bros saved both me and my fellow passengers from the grumpy, uncaffeinated version of me. I ordered a soy pudding and I don't believe there was a sweetness level adjustment option and it was very very sweet. The level of sweetness would be something that younger kids probably enjoy. It was uncomfortably hot inside to the point where I was sweating so this may be why the cupcakes were dry? I will have to come back when it's cooler out and try the sweets again.
