They give you a buzzer for the food and you have to find a corner to wait in that's out of the way and pick your food up by the kitchen. Which I didn't expect because I've tried so many but what I loved most is that the banana flavor was sweet but tasted like real banana and the matcha flavor was still present. They were perfectly soft but with a slight crisp on the outside just like I like them. The filling was sweet but not overly and was well balanced with the slight bitterness from the berry topping on the crepes. Took the straw out thinking that would help, but the next sip tasted like chunky, powdery milk. Tried stirring it up more with the straw, took another sip, more powder stuck in the straw. I ended up throwing the whole thing in the trash. My husband thought his iced vanilla latte was decent, but he's not picky at all so for him to not say it was "good" is pretty wild.
