STORE CLOSED IN MIDDLE OF DAY

Door locked multiple days. I come here often and it's often locked up for 10 to 15 minutes at times.

Kind service quick service and quality service. The food was hot and ready our pizza was made fresh and the entire place was clean, smelled good and mans at the register was super nice and helpful

I came by at 2:20 AM, expecting the place to be open as advertised (24/7). An employee saw me pull in, then closed the door and rode off on a scooter. He left a note saying the store was closed for cleaning and wouldn't reopen until 3:55 AM -- meaning he abandoned his post for over an hour and a half. It's incredibly frustrating and misleading to claim you're open 24/7, only to turn customers away like that. I truly hope the owner sees this and takes action. I made the trip for nothing. Really disappointing experience.

Kinda small and dingy. To grab and quick drink and snack is fine but would not count on it for much more

The staff here are beyond friendly and honestly always make my morning. I love that they do a punch card after your 10th drink punch you get $6 off your order. They also do raffles sometimes, which I think is such a fun touch. Another thing I like is that they always have themed or specialty drinks. I haven't tried them yet, but I think it's fun that they get creative, especially around the holidays or different seasons. I also really recommend their breakfast burritos. The vegetarian burrito and the sausage burrito are both so good, definitely ask for hot sauce because it makes them even better. The only downside is that the line can get pretty long sometimes. I've definitely waited around 15 minutes before, so it's best if you have a little extra time. That said, once you place your order they make the drinks and heat up the food pretty quickly, which helps move things along. Overall, if you have a few extra minutes to spare, I totally recommend stopping by. It's conveniently located, the drinks are great, and the friendly service makes it worth the wait.

I love that that they give you what you paid for. Drinks at other places are so expensive and they give it to you in a smaller size but here, they give you the bigger size for the same price. My husband and I were wanting some Vietnamese food so we decided to get takeout from Annam…read more Ordering online was simple and the food was ready at the specified time. We were surprised at how well they packed the steak and brisket pho. The noodles and pre-cooked meat were in a bowl and the veggies were on a tray that laid on top of the bowl to keep it separate. All you had to do was pour the hot broth into the bowl and add the accompaniments. Very nice! I felt that the amount of meat was very generous and I favored the brisket over the steak (maybe because it's more fatty). I liked the portion of noodles that I was given. It might not be as much as other shops, but I don't like too much noodles. The broth was pretty mediocre. The flavor lacked a certain je nais se qois. The pork banh mi was also just OK. The meat was a little dry and chewy. And the pickled vegetables didn't seem that pickles. Maybe they were quickled? The star of the show here was the bread itself. The interior was soft and the outside had a light crispness that was delightful and I didn't feel like my mouth would get cut. The shop itself is pretty cute since they basically inherited it from the previous restaurant. And there is plenty of parking in the Crossroads Plaza. I think they opened last October so they still seem fairly new to me and have potential to be better.

Pretty solid bakery!…read more Stopped by at 10:30 on a Saturday and it was quiet! Not many people in the store which was nice. We ordered drinks on the order screens before grabbing a tray to check out the treats. They have a huge variety of items and everything is well labeled! We grabbed 6 baked items and tried ranking them but had a hard time because we enjoyed them all! We tried Bacon and cheese bread: 3/5, everything was on top, I think it would've been better with the cheese throughout and warmed Strawberry danish: 4/5! Very yummy, nice light cream and a crispy croissant Egg tart: 4/5! A little less eggy and more custardy than I thought it would be, but tasty! Sugar cream cheese bun: 4/5! My personal favorite! Crispy on the outside bread and soft on the inside, love the cream cheese Ube bread: 3/5, bread was good, but it was hollow with a light swipe of ube on the inside Hokkaido custard bun: 4/5! Super sweet but good! Almost too much custard for me, especially after 5 other treats, but would be great if this was the only one you had! The iced taro lavender latte was delicious!! I wasn't sure about the lavender on top of taro but it was a super light flavor and so good! Caffeine free The prices were great!

85 DEGREE BAKERY @ BELLEVUE…read more Parking at this location can be a bit tricky. This 85°C Bakery is located in a large plaza that's always busy, especially since it's surrounded by popular food spots and restaurants. Because of that, the area can get pretty packed, but I was still really excited to stop by this location. As soon as you walk in, the space feels very open and spacious. I loved how big it was and how many tables they had available. Most 85°C Bakery locations feel more like a grab-and-go spot, so I appreciated that this one had plenty of seating and room to hang out. They also have touchscreen kiosks where you can order drinks and other items without needing help from a staff member. We walked around and looked at all the bakery items, and I'm always a fan of their almond croissants and protein breads. The chicken Hawaiian bun is one of my favorites, and their sausage bun is also delicious it's clearly a popular item. I also ordered their sea salt coffee. If you download the 85°C Bakery app and it's your first time using it, you get a free sea salt coffee, which was a nice bonus. While the food and drinks were great, the service was unfortunately lacking. One customer was confused about her order, and a staff member rolled her eyes at her. The same staff member also rolled her eyes at me and my family while we were in line. Overall, the staff didn't seem very friendly or welcoming. There wasn't much smiling or engagement, and it felt like everyone was annoyed rather than excited to help. We also noticed staff packaging food with boxes out in the open during our visit. I personally think this is something that should be done in the back or at least behind the register, rather than directly in front of customers. Overall, the experience was decent mainly because the bakery items and drinks were fresh and delicious. However, the staff could definitely be friendlier, as customer service plays a big role in the overall experience.
