The worst gas station ever. Was walking with 3 months old puppy. They didn't let me in, even I said I can carry puppy on my hands, so he won't even touch anythin. The indian guy started screaming at me and called the police. The police did trespassing for 1 year. Because they have a right to refuse provide service to anyone. Used the car wash and my car came out with tons of very visable scratches that were not there previously. Attendent sprayed my car, never touching it and barely wiped the windows with a towel afterward so I know it wasn't him - it has to be their equipment. Will never go back and cannot recommend. read more

Ok... what is up with needing my zip code to use my credit card? This place is fine... it's a gas station. The prices are high, but it's right next to Microsoft, so it's convenient. I've never really had any good experience with the staff or car wash. Also, it sucks because you really have to know the area well to be able to turn in... if you are not coming the right way on the road, you will get a nice 5 minute detour through the Uwajamaya parking lot. I rarely get gas here because it's freaking expensive. However, if you're in need of an oil change, especially if you happen to work at a certain large corporation nearby, it's very convenient and delivers a decent value. I'd been taking my car to the dealer, waiting 1.5 hours, and paying a ton of money, so I decided to give these guys a try. They started on my car right away, and the waiting area has windows into the garage, so you can see what they're doing if you're that kind of person. They do the oil change, vacuum, and give you a coupon for a free car wash, all for about $30. I think there might be a small discount on a return oil change as well. The car wash was a little weird... you drive one wheel onto this conveyor belt thing, put your car in neutral, and let it go through. I freaked out when the car started moving and hit the brakes, but fortunately, there was an attendant to tell me what to do. Yeah, I don't know anything about cars. read more

Cashier charged me $21.99 for a 12 pack when I informed him the sign had a different price and asked for a refund he refused and raised his voice stating he didn't care what the sign read. Had my car washed here, it claimed new management, hand cleaned etc, 2 cleaners were lazy, one guy on his phone while cleaning, the other barely touch the car they use a vacuum that swiped thru it, not very detailed, don't waste your money $35 for 2 lazy workers. read more

I have been using this Chevron for years. the latest owners and employees are all great people. Polite and hard working. What I just recently discovered is AMX Auto Repair. This shop is behind the store proper and is owned/run by Jose Silva. Jose really helped me out in a time of need. I needed the rear brakes rebuilt on my 2000 Durango, and I needed it back in two days. Dropped off Late Monday afternoon, and picked it up early Wednesday afternoon. Everything works great, and he is extremely reasonable in his shop rate and time billing. Very honest in his billing hours. I do a lot of work myself usually, but didn't have the time. I dislike leaving my vehicle with anyone, up til now anyway. I will be going back to AMX and Jose when it's time to do the next thing. Happy to have my e-brake back. Thanks Jose, Bruce P. read more

Then he got a attitude with me and refused me service. If I can save anyone time I would say don't use this place for anything WORST SERVICE EVER IN THE WORLD. I have been getting oil changes at this station since 1999 when it opened. At my last oil change when I started my truck about 10 feet away for the oil change pit, the "check engine" light came on. I told the operator that I had this problem. They looked under the hood and said everything was OK. When I pulled out on the street the engine died then started up. I immediately went to the local auto shop I use so that I could get a diagnostic check of the engine. After the inspection I was told that all vacuum line and intake box was full of oil and that the oil was three quart over full. I discussions with the manger, he refused to take any responsibility for this error and said that he could prove that reviewing the security tape showed that they had done nothing wrong . He also said his employees never lie. The auto shop(which is AAA rated) called and explained the situation but manager insisted that security camera review absolved them of any responsibility' The cost to clean out all of the excess oil was over $150 which I had to pay to return my truck to operating condition. This place has cuckoo people working there. Don't stop by around 10 Pm on a weekend! A worker, named "Tony", who lied and said he was the owner's son, started yelling at me after I pulled out 10 expired milk containers. I told him I would contact owner and health dept. after he said, "so what?" AND "I am going to call police"....NON English speaker. I called to speak to owner and left message, but got NO response. I have called health dept., since. Most vendors thank their customers when bringing expired food stuff to their attention. This place does not care about you or your safety. This place just ruined the oil pan on my brand new car that had only about 1000 miles on it. I took it here for its very first oil change and they not only broke the oil pan, but tried to patch it up with a foreign substance. The dealership discovered the issue during my new car courtesy check up. The oil pan needs to be replaced now and it will cost $500. Suzi Chevron is admitting doing the work, applying the sealant and even stoof with me under the car and confirmed the damage with me. Despite all of this, they are refusing to pay for the damage and forcing me to take legal action against them. Don't go to this place for service. They are shady and unethical. read more
