Cute spot with a large balcony and plenty of seating. I stopped here for a little martini before dinner by myself and enjoyed the calm up there. The espresso martini was OK, but I'd love to come back to try other things! It's definitely a place I'd take my girls out to.

5 stars for the drag show 4 stars for the massive rooftop/patio - but in the TL 3 stars for the food but that's not why you're here anyway Can't speak for drinks or night scene - haven't been here besides drag brunch in probably a decade!

If you're looking for a brunch that's way more than eggs and mimosas, 620 Jones in San Francisco is it. This spot isn't just a restaurant, it's an experience. We went for a Halloween themed drag show to celebrate a friend's 40th, and it was absolute perfection. The food, Delicious. The drinks, Strong, fun, and fairly priced. The menu isn't massive, but it's perfectly curated, something for everyone. I ordered the burger, and while it was juicy and cooked just right, the real winners were the fries. Imagine thick, slightly curled steak fries with that golden crunch outside and pillowy softness inside. Unreal. Everything happens outdoors, so layer up, it's San Francisco, after all. Bring cash for tipping and exchanging bills (trust me, you'll want to support these performers). Just know that tabs can add up fast, so pace yourself between sips and sequins. The staff is warm, the vibes are high, and while service can move a bit slow, that's just the rhythm of the crowd since most tables fill and empty around the showtime. The performance itself runs about two hours, giving you plenty of time to eat, drink, laugh, cheer, and fall a little in love with every queen on stage. 620 Jones is an absolute must for anyone craving good food, better company, and a show that leaves your cheeks sore from smiling.

Tucked away, but such a vibe. Came here for a work happy hour and was disappointed to see there weren't more people on a sunny day. The food was good and the drinks were delicious . Highly recommend punch bowls for large groups, they come with individual cups instead of straws, and honestly, it was the perfect move

Grabbed dinner and drinks at 620 Jones with friends recently. The outdoor patio is beautifully designed with great lighting and greenery, honestly one of the nicest outdoor spaces I've seen. The Double Pepperoni Pizza was excellent perfectly crispy crust, generous toppings, just really solid. The Crispy Cauliflower was more forgettable, though the hot honey helped. The major issue? The Tenderloin location. I spotted a rat running through the patio during our meal, which pretty much killed the vibe. It's not the restaurant's fault, but it's hard to ignore. The food and ambiance are there, but the neighborhood is a real problem. I'd consider going back for takeout or indoor seating, but probably won't be returning to that patio.

We were in San Francisco for a friends birthday weekend on a Sunday. There were 13 of us so we made a reservation. We had read the service can be slow so we were mentally prepared. We were sat immediately with some stragglers joining a few minutes later. Our server did come to get our drink order pretty soon after we were sat and provided water. We ordered mimosas by the pitcher as there were so many of us. For some reason the drinks took forever to come out every time even though we were seated right outside of the bar. They may want to add another bar tender to keep up during peak brunch hours on the weekend. A friend and I ordered a pitcher of fries and well that took even longer but was very tasty once it was out, a little on the sweet side for me but I would order it again, out hit the spot on this warm and sunny day. The outdoor seating area is pretty large and nice, definitely a vibe. They took our food orders and everything came out correctly though we were disappointed that everything came out at crazily different times even though we'd all ordered together, like some entres came out 30 minutes later than others. I ordered the shrimp and grits which was really flavorful after mixing g in the miso butter. The shrimp were succulent and perfectly cooked though for the price point I think 5 shrimp would be more appropriate and they could double the amount of grits. It was basically an appetizer or tapa sized portion. I ended up ordering a second entree. The grits were more soupy than I'm used to, I feel grits are usually served light and fluffy when it comes to shrimp and grits but they were tasty. My second entree came out pretty quickly, it was biscuits and gravy so not very complicated. They were able to accommodate my request for a scrambled egg, but again for the price point 2 eggs doesn't seem like a big ask. The biscuits, wow, were they the star of the show! They were made with cream cheese and jalapeños and a slice of heaven. I will be dreaming of these biscuits for a very long time. The gravy was good, not great but it hit the spot. For the price point I think adding 2 sausage links or 2 slices of bacon would make it seem more of a value. The egg did come out perfectly scrambled. Most people liked their entree selections. A few more people had to order second entrees for themselves or to share to be full. My friend who ordered the crab cake Benedict was disappointed as the dish did not come with English muffins as a base, definitely a first and quite strange given our friend ordered a different Benedict and that came with English muffins. It didn't state this on the menu so she was confused and ended up having to order an English muffin on the side. Our friend's who ordered the breakfast burrito (2) were disappointed in both the size and amount of bacon in their burritos. One even asked the server if they had forgotten the meat. Again for the price point it might behoove them to double the amount of bacon or also add a second meat like sausage crumbles/chorizo/ham to bulk it up. Everyone else really liked their entrees. Now for the important parts the drag performance! The MC was amazing, so funny and absolutely fabulous at crowd interaction. Her performance and acrobatic abilities especially in high helmed boots was beyond impressive! The other 2 performers were wonderful as well. Every outfit was just fab! I'm hoping the excessive food pricing goes towards paying the performers lol! There was a gentleman walking around selling $1's which was so helpful, a much appreciate detail. He ended up running food and drinks too, very hard working guy. Our server was far from attentive, it was even hard to get her attention to flag her down and order additional items. In her defense I think they have too many tables per server and a slow bar. The table next to us seemed to not know where they were, a drag brunch lol! They were just kinda there and absorbed in their food but once they caught on (pretty sure they were foreign tourists that happened to wander in) they got into the action and started tipping g and dancing along to the show as well which was fun to watch. All and all a really cool patio with tasty food and wonderful drag performers. Definitely rely check them out! It looks like they have agregar happy hour and pics of their dinner selections looked really tasty.

Smash burger and fries.

Stopped in for the drag brunch and was pleasantly surprised by the great food. The limited was small and limited but everything we had was full of flavor and very tasty. I had the smash burger and have to say the fried cheese skirt and sesame seed bun were superb. The fries were also unlike most French fries but also equally yum. Wife had the jalapeño biscuits with sausage gravy. If you are a fan of rosemary you will love this dish. She certainly did. The breakfast burrito my son had was also cooked perfectly and played perfectly. It too was served with a side of fries. The drag brunch itself was entertaining but felt being nestled in the corner the view was limited. I wish they would have raised the umbrellas in the middle as it may have improved our visibility to the fun and show.

I would say everytime I come to 620, it isn't for the food (first time was for drag and second was for love island) but there food surprises me every time in the best way because it's really really good and flavorful. their brunch portion size last time I went (although 3 years ago) was great for the price and the fries were well seasoned. I got chicken tenders and wow! they killed it and sauce on side was nice balance. whatever season they use for their food works. their drinks were okay but fun love island themed!

Popped in for a drink and a bite to eat on a sunny day- we wanted to be outside drinking cocktails to make the most of the sunny day and 620 Jones was the answer- nice big open patio area with plenty of seats in the sun. It was a mid afternoon on a saturday and was pretty quiet, so got our pick of seating. Nice ambiance with music playing in the background and the service friendly, engaging in small talk and quick at serving food and drinks. Got a margarita pizza to share and it was actually really delicious- nice and light and crispy with a good cheese ratio, nice and melty ricotta on top. Drinks are pretty stellar also! And a good selection of cocktails to choose from. Very nice place to spend an afternoon and grab some food and top notch cocktails in the sunshine!

Came here for the wicked drag brunch and it was a fun time! Service staff were super nice and attentive even with all the people and activities going on. Drag show was amazing and i would def go again for those vibes. I got the smoked salmon dish and that was the most disappointing dish ever. That deserves like a 0/5 There was barely any salmon, it didn't taste like it was smoked at all. There was a general lack of any type of seasoning. I would never get this dish ever again. I was still hungry after eating this because it was all bread (not even toasted/no one asked if i wanted it toasted) and barely anything else.

Drag brunch is so fun here!!!! I can't stress that enough. The drinks are also incredible and reasonably priced especially for their punch bowls. The entertainment is so great it more than makes up for some minor delays in service that are likely caused by the non stop party that is the show they put on. The food is a little basic for a brunch spot and I wouldn't order the smoked salmon again but I suppose that's not why you go to a drag brunch. I recommend this place and remember to bring some cash for the queens!

Went for the drag brunch and had a great time! It was more fun than I expect and the food and drinks were really good! I have only been before in the evening and had never tried the food before. Definitely go here for a great vibe and a good time!

The Sunday brunch is a BLAST! And definitely make a reservation in advance before coming. The drinks were all fantastic. I ordered a Bloody Mary, 620 jones punch bowl for the table, and pitchers of mimosas. Everything was high quality and not too sweet. I ordered the French toast and it was absolutely delicious. The performers were excellent and were so much fun to dance and sing with. They had a lot of audience participation too if you so chose, and it just felt like a big party. This event is great for any type of celebration or just going out with a group of friends.

Where can I find the happy hour menu?

just posted a pic of the HH menu!

Do you have to be 21? For drag brunch?

Hi Sarah, Thank you for your question.… Read more

What times are the drag shows on Saturday and Sunday?

12 pm

Are Solo diners welcomed?

I would say so, there is bar seating available if you want or tables indoor and outdoor.

Are there any specials during brunch? How much is the bottomless mimosas?

Are bottomless mimosas still available for brunch?

Hi there! Unfortunately we’ve had to pause our bottomless service due to new city restrictions.

Do you need to make reservations for Sunday brunch?

Not at all! But for large parties, it does tend to make getting a table set-up a smoother process :)

How do you book reservations for brunch?

Hi there! Email private@620-Jones and we’ll get back to you ASAP!

How do you make a reservation for 2 for lunch? They have private bookings on website. I tried calling and the message says they don't monitor the phones. Was referred to…

So sorry to hear that! Our reservations are in fact handled online, so for future reservations, please feel free to email private@620-jones.com directly.

Do they have bottomless mimosas?

We absolutely do! They go for $16 each, but keep in mind, we stop pouring refills around 3pm.

Does anyone know if you can bring a baby in a stroller? My friend is having a birthday party there but I see it's not kid friendly. Thanks!

We have seen kids there so you should be fine.

Can underage go to the rooftop and order a soft drink?

It's a restaurant so I don't see why you won't be able too since it's not just a bar.

Is this place 21+?

Hi there! Jones is 21+ on Fridays and Saturdays after 10pm. We welcome families at any other time!

Are minors allowed?

yes, depends if its a drinks night or just a typical restaurant food night. Minors can order food, not drinks.

From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm, coastal charm of the space. I came in for cocktails with a friend, not knowing that fate had other plans. The space has a fun indoor-outdoor party vibe with string lights, a big bar area, and a lot of people moving through throughout the night. Because it gets very crowded during First Thursdays, the energy feels more like a social event than a typical bar night. It's a good place to stop by if you're already out in the area and want somewhere with music and a busy atmosphere. The photo here was taken from their little loft area, which is actually really cute and a great spot for people watching since you can see the whole bar and crowd from above. One thing I wasn't sure about was the plastic cups. Every time I've gone they've served drinks in plastic cups, but since it's so busy during First Thursdays, I'm not sure if that's their normal setup or just something they do to keep things moving during the event. I ordered a rosé, which was perfectly fine and easy to drink while walking around.

Walking in was also a neat experience that felt like we were stepping out of the city into a tiny pub. We also really liked the atmosphere inside and the cozy upper floor that had an interesting mix of old paintings and woodwork, creating an eclectic feel. I got the We've Got the Beet cocktail with mezcal, beet reduction, ginger, fresh citrus, thyme and firewater bitters. I love mezcal's smoky flavors and was drawn to the combination of ginger, citrus and mezcal flavors in the drink. The cocktail was very good and had a nice smokiness from the mezcal, along with the kick from the ginger and zest from the citrus, creating a refreshing and tasty drink. My friend got the About Thyme, with gin, blackberry liquor, black pepper thyme syrup and fresh citrus. We both really liked his drink as well, which had an interesting kick from the black pepper thyme syrup that offset the gin and blackberry liquor nicely. While we only had time to grab a drink each, we were both very happy with the drinks and would definitely come back the next time we're in the area.
