They had dancers show up to hype up the crowd which was pretty fun, as well as bartenders stationed at each of the floors. Time for the downsides: the event was from 6-11, and there were not a lot of seating options. Also, for the small bites, it was a bit difficult to find out where they were going to be. The food was good though! Just wish there was more of it. The drinks were not very good- the syrups they used were reminiscent of cough medication.

As you waited for your tour and tasting, they passed around Ahi Tuna, Smoked Duck and Steak appetizers. Luckily we waited enough to have many gold coins given to us. The overall event was fun and I got to try a lot of really fine cognac, but a lot of the time it's all about the location. It was refreshing walking around before the concert outside to the main hangar/main stage. They had food and porta potties right outside near the hangar which was convenient. Inside the main stage, its covered with a lot of drink tents. Very cool inside and not stuffy becauze it has an open concept. I recently went to their February artisan food fairs, and bought some delicious food products. They had a variety of food vendors: hot sauces, honey, dips, cookies, teas, and more. As for the craft fairs, respect jewelry, candles, cutting boards, and even a few food vendors. That's where I discovered Apisol, a woman-owned company based in the Peninsula that makes delicious sparkling honey beverages. Don't miss the vintage store on the first floor, which has really unique vintage products like postcards, buttons, posters, and more.
