Full disclosure: large pickup order for our weekly office dinner. Ordered from Toast with no fees. Ready quickly and correctly, all sandwiches labeled. The hot sandwiches were still hot. I had the El Diablo, made with chicken, onions, peppers, jalapeño, lettuce, tomato, and pepper jack. Just the right amount of spice and the chicken was moist. Other orders were turkey and avocado, chicken Caesar, buffalo chicken, the Philly cheese, the chopped cheese. They also have a burger, a falafel wrap, various grilled and breaded chicken options. We got the chips and guac, which came in a huge portion size for less than 10 bucks. We got the carne asada fries and the fries were hot and crispy, loaded with steak, sour cream, and veggies. Other sides, including chips, are available, as well as tacos, burritos, and an extensive breakfast selection (available round the clock). Everyone really enjoyed their selections. VERY affordable. Each sandwich was 10-12 dollars and we got 13-14 sandwiches, sides, and chips, plus tip and tax for 204. This will become part of our regular office rotation. read more

I LOVE 615. So much that I've been a regular for the past 3 years!! The owner and staff are always friendly, and the menu has so many great options. You truly can't go wrong with anything. Another plus: lunch and breakfast all day. I 100% recommend the Chopped Cheese (hands down one of the best sandwiches I've ever had!) with seasoned fries. The Breakfast Burrito is another menu standout. You can come in expecting fast service, fresh food, and good prices!! Had a good lunch here. It's super small and quaint, and that's how you know you're getting the real deal stuff. Tried the "evergreen" sandwich and the "ocky way" with sausage. Both were great. My favorite of the two was the evergreen simply because it was fresher, and the ocky way, while rich, sometimes tasted a bit bland. But both were still great. Also tried some of the carne asada fries. They're pretty good, run of the mill loaded fries. I've also heard the rueben here is to die for. read more

Making my way around some of the delis I haven't been to yet. This time I got to visit 615 Deli for lunch. Location is kind of hidden if you don't know what you're looking for. Once you step inside it has a small dining area with countertops and Belmont proud art on the wall by the menu. In a traditional deli sense, the menu was quite large. The menu however did not have a lot of what I would expect from a traditional deli. I was a little let down by not seeing any variety of Italian meats, as Italian Sando's are my favorite. However, I did enjoy my sandwich. The staff was very friendly and recommended me their opinion of what I should get based just off me saying I preferred a hot sandwhich to cold. I ended up with the Milanesa. Breaded chicken cutlet with very fresh and spicy jalapeños and boars head pepper jack cheese. Sandwich was good, although a little dry. I would prefer a little more of a "wet" sandwich and I think some form of sauce or aioli would be a welcome addition to this one. Overall for $12 can't complain. I will be back to try some other offerings but won't be at the very top of my to try again list for the time being. read more

615 Deli is a solid little spot that I'm really glad I found. I've been here twice now and both times I got the Philly cheesesteak--it's that good. The bread is soft but crunchy, the meat is flavorful and well-cooked, and overall it's just a great sandwich. Definitely hits the spot. The space itself is tiny--basically a pickup-and-go kind of place. There's not much seating, so I'd recommend grabbing your order and heading to a nearby park or back home. Service has been quick and efficient both times, which I appreciate. Not a five-star, just because it's a bit limited in space and menu--but if you're nearby and craving a solid sandwich, this is a great choice. I'll definitely be back. read more

After having recently eaten at 615 Deli for the first time, I must say I'm a pretty big fan. The folx behind the counter are quite friendly and fairly quick getting the food hustled out... especially considering the employee:customer ratio as there were sadly only two fellas behind the counter (that I could see) and it was line-out-the-door SLAMMED in there. While on the topic of foot traffic, it's worth noting that it was quite busy and bustling the entire time my friend and I were at lunch (~60-75 mins) with their outdoor seating area (3-5 smaller tables) filled to the brim with what seemed to be a crew of happy customers. So when it comes to being popular, there's no question, and for GOOD reason (a.k.a. the food is delicious!). Now, on the other side of that same topic (and the last point I'll make) we have the impact and effect that 615 Deli's high foot traffic has on its ambiance, which, to sum it with a word... cRoWdEd! That is, of course, applicable only should you choose to dine in and the menu is certainly grab-and-go or delivery friendly! The menu offers a range of breakfast sandwiches as well as deli sandwiches. There is also a small Tex-Mex menu. My family of 4 went on a Sunday morning of a holiday weekend. The ordering process was quick and the turnaround for food wasn't to long. My husband and I both had breakfast bagel sandwiches that were delicious!! I love it here. They will definitely be knowing me by name. Not only are they so friendly but so quick. I was born up north and love delis and sandwiches alike! This place makes me so happy! I get the Pastrami sandwich every time with extra mustard and salt and vinegar chips. It comes w a pickle, as it should. I always call it in and it takes about 8-10 minutes. I have never came here and not had the exact same amount of meat, same size sandwich, whatever could go wrong just doesn't! I love delis since the food is always delicious and the price is very affordable. I kept things simple with the sassy breakfast sandwich (egg, avocado, feta & tomato on a bagel). It didn't take long to make and everything tasted super fresh. There is limited indoor and patio seating which I can imagine gets pretty hectic when Belmont's students are in town. The tables were also kinda dirty when I visited. The patio is also shared with a ramen restaurant next door which makes availability difficult. Parking is another challenge (mainly street parking). We had food from this place last night for the first time, it is next day and we are still talking about it. We got everroast chicken sandwich and 2 street tacos (chicken and asada). I do not like cold sandwiches. After placing the order my husband told me that it is a cold sandwich. I was very unhappy but when I had first bite of this sandwich, I was blown away. The sandwich so simple yet delicious. I have never had a sandwich which melts in the mouth. I am still wondering how they made such a soft non-chewy bread and chicken. Excellent!!! The tacos were amazing too. The salsa which they gave on side was yummy but super spicy. I feel they should tone it down and it is going to be the best thing which people will enjoy in that area. So I'm quickly learning that Nashville has its fair share of high-quality delis. 615 is the latest such location serving as supporting evidence for this fact. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for a quick lunch. It wasn't too busy but it was steady and it did take a bit to get our order filled, but it was readily apparent that this was because everything we ordered was prepared fresh. I opted for a beef and cheddar sub, my wife for a turkey sandwich on sourdough. I added a side of fries--and these fries were perfectly cooked, seasoned, hot and crispy. Our sandwiches were both a touch above average as well. There are so many good options to be found here so much so that if I lived within walking distance I'd be in here for lunch on the regular. You can go with practically any kid of fresh deli sandwich you can imagine or a burger, tacos, enchiladas, burritos, quesadillas, soups, salads, and a variety of sides. I had the Big Boy, which includes turkey, roast beef, and cheddar between three slices of bread, plus some fixings. My wife had a turkey sandwich on a ciabatta roll. Both sandwiches were great, with very good ingredients. The deli itself is pretty basic, with tables for dining in if you prefer. They are just around the corner from the Belmont University campus, so I have to assume this place gets busy when school is in session. Ordered the Reuben and oh my goodness! This sandwich was GIANT! Super flavorful and one of the better Reuben's I've had. The only downside is parking. It is pretty scarce. Do not park at the gas station and walk over. They have a sign on the door too to warn you that the gas station will tow you. I think this place is a great spot to grab a quick lunch! My food was all fresh. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. One egg and cheese bagel is only $4! If you like toppings I'd go for the sassy sandwich. It had fresh tomato, avocado slices, feta cheese, and egg on an everything bagel..not too heavy but still filling. The sassy bagel is around $6. The chicken salad croissant is around $7 but is massive and definitely can be split. They have more options that aren't listed on Postmates in store including tacos, coffee (sourced from frothy monkey), abd a lot more.
