I went in for a wheel inspection at 8:30 and proceeded to leave my key and car with them but for 6 hrs straight couldn't get anyone to check out my vehicle. I called at 11:30 see how things were going and was told that there was one car left in front of mine and then waited another 2hrs at 1:30 called once again and was told they'll be checking on it again. Wait till 2:30 called once more and was told that no one still hasn't seen my car so I told them don't even look at it. I just had a free 6hr parking if y'all want to park there. read more

My mom visits from Mexico from time to time, her car had problems a couple of times, she doesn't speak English and I have been busy to join her to the auto shop, I was very concerned for her, but a friend recommended 602 sports, a little bit far from where I live, but hey I need to tell they are honest, helpful, respectful and they know what they do. She visited last year and last week, because she already developed trust on them and like the service. Not planning to get my moms car brake again when visiting me but if that happens she already knows who to call. Thank you guys! Keep up with the good work! read more

Needed a BMW fixed on short notice. Was in and out same day, great pricing and no further issues with our vehicle!

It's been 19 months since my last visit to & review of 602 Autosports, primarily because the last used truck tires I bought have plenty of miles left. However, I got a new (for me) Honda Fit, and within a week, one of the OEM Firestones had a blister & went flat (but that's a whole other sad tale - no key socket for the locking lug nut). I eventually ended up back at 602 this afternoon & was greeted by Sal, with whom I had spoken by phone. Once again, I received the enthusiastic, quick, quality VIP service for which they're so well known, along with a nearly new tire balanced & mounted w/ 2 missing lug nuts replaced, all for a dynamite price! Do these pros deserve 5 stars? Of course not, but only because I can't award 6+ Michelin Man *s! read more

Omg Thank you 602 AUTOSPORTS! We are so happy with our new tires and rims. Shorty and his team helped us and our Tahoe drives like a brand new vehicle now. This place really helped me out a lot, these guys are the best! I had bought some rims from Rent-A-Tire and they couldn't help me out getting them on without rubbing or having them grind against the front knuckle, so I was having a bad problem trying to return my rims or at least sell them for what they are worth. Just a week ago a buddy of mine referred a to 602 AutoSports and they really helped me out a lot. They knew the solution to my problem. Jose offered to leave the car there so they can fix it and me and my wife went to have lunch, few hours later they called me and it was all done! I was really happy with Jose and Shorty's work and all of the clients that worked on my car! Big thanks to you guys, you guys helped me out a lot. Believe me they know what they are doing. read more

I would recommend it to anyone who needs work on their car. They don't play any games they get the job done. Prices are responsible.

I came to 602 for tires and custom wheels after spending hours online trying to find the right ones. They quickly helped me find something in my price range. I returned the next day for installation only to discover the distributor shipped the wrong rims. 602 immediately called the distributor and got the correct rims shipped, a new installation scheduled, and apologized for a mistake they didn't make. I just left 602 very satisfied with the work and they comp'd me an additional service for the delay that, again, wasn't their fault. I certainly recommend 602! read more

I really enjoyed the wi-fi service while waiting for my oil change. The prices are average rates. Expect good customer service. Unless you make an appointment your estimated wait time may be an hour like mine was. But when you need an oil change and have some time to spare, why not? read more

Very good prices and customer service!! The owner and his associates are honest and informative. I appreciate not being treated like an idiot or upsold. *I did not ask for anyone's social security card so I don't know if they're illegal. But everyone understands and speaks English. read more

These guys are legit. I went to get new tires for my car. I have different tires front & back so it called for a special order for most places but these guys have a wide variety and extras in case someone like me or even you happens to need a certain kind. They do it all but in the case of tires they handled the situation kindly and assertive. I called, they answered right away, let me know prices, brands and anything i might have missed. They gave me a price and stuck to it when i got there. The wait time was pretty average bevause they many customers. The people are knowledgeable and got the job done right to the core. Tires mounted balanced and rotated and i have a sensor that they even got right and reset. My car is on all four wheels running strong thanks to them. Id recommend them for your tire needs. Accessible, waiting area, and room for multiple cars at a time. read more

These guys know their stuff! 2nd time I purchase a new set of low pros! In & out within an hour with great customer service. Great prices & knowledge staff! I highly recommend this place to everyone. I've been to many rim shops in L.A. but this shop takes the cake!!! read more

I have been in the market for new wheels and tires for about a month. I found 602 Auto Sports online and was impressed by their A+ rating from the BBB. From the moment I walked in I was amazed by their high level of customer service and excellent pricing. I worked with Memo to get new wheels and tires on my 2014 Toyota Tundra. He was helpful and made the whole process fast and simple. In the end I was very satisfied by the way my truck turned out. I will recommend anyone I know to 602 Auto Sports. Superb job... read more

The techs at 602 Auto Sports are easy going and very knowledgeable. Shorty and his staff were able to answer all my questions about bent wheel repair. It is crazy to think how much goes into the proper repair of a bent aluminum rim. It is good do do business with an honest family owned operation like 602 Auto Sports. I highly recommend Shorty for any cracked, bent, or curbed aluminum alloy rim & wheel repairs in the greater Phoenix area. Brian H. read more

Totally incompetent! It took them 2 months to get 2 tires replaced under warranty, even after personally going in to check on the tires after 2 months it still took another 3 weeks. When they finally got the tires we were told it would take 2 hours to put them on since we didn't have an appointment and they were busy. We decided to give them 24 hours because we knew how busy they were. Came back the following day and the tires were STILL NEVER REPLACED!! Manager took no responsibility for the mix up and blamed it on a worker. Not any way to run a business!! We were also told that we would get a call the first time when we brought the damaged tires in, never got a call and waited 2 months. They also told us we would get a call when the tires were on. Think we got a call? Yeah, No! Will NEVER go back to this place again!!! read more
