He said just don't breathe when the steel is on the belt. 25 years ago I carried that fisherman's knife on two Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Races, so it has some sentimental value, and it's great to have it back in shape. I have used this service twice but this last time I need my pto checked out and a new battery I…read morefelt that they could've told me that a dead battery would possibly be the cause my pto wasn't working. I had filled the gas tank before they picked it up and yet they charged me over $7 for gas I had not asked for. The day of friendly neighbors is gone now it's only how much can I charge and for what reason without explanation. My complaint $100 labor for putting in a new battery and using my mower to do their lawn. I will not do a repeat with this company not only for the above reason but for lack of professionalism with the exception of the lady who works in service only one who knows how to talk as if the customer matters

Mr. Jaeger even personally thanked me for my business and gave me a John Deere hat. GREAT sales and service. In my opinion you just can't go wrong with the Jaeger Team. Thanks Guys !

The store personally and product selection were excellent. My installation was awful. The…read moredelivery/install individual was a taciturn man, who appeared anxious to do as little as possible. This individual hooked up both machines and opened the door to leave, I pushed on the washer and observed that it was rocking on the mounting pads. I advised the installer that the machine was not level. His answer, "THAT is a heavy machine!". I agreed, but stated that he maybe should have brought a helper. Not willing to have him leave the machine for me to level; I helped him lift and adjust the leveling feet. After he left, I discovered that he had totally botched the dryer vent installation. There was an extending periscope type duct, that mounted to the machine vent, then went behind the machine and extended the vent to the top of the machine. This allowed for the machine to be placed closer to the wall. This cretin, loosely zip tied the flexible duct tubing to the machine, then zip tied the extendable vent tube to this tubing, then zip tied ceiling vent to top of periscope vent, and dropped the periscope vent in it's entirety, behind the machine. He then left, leaving the dryer about 8 inches from the wall, and without making the water connection for the steam dryer. At 76years old, I wrestled the machine away from the wall to correctly install the vent apparatus; the machine was then placed back into position. It now sits 3" from wall. It is almost level, but i cannot raise it to correctly level it. There is still NO water connection to the dryer. If i had known the installation would be so terrible, i would NOT have purchased the washer and dryer units.

I called I texted them and no response for over a week then when we did get ahold of them they said it would be another week until they can bring us a temporary washer so they can fix our. They brought us a washer and never brought back the washer we actually bought and it's been 2 months. now the washer we have is not working I called them and they said they would be there Tuesday, no one showed up or called to say we won't make it today. We work, our children go to school we need to wash our clothes. This is bull crap. do not buy from this company if you want appliances that work, or the ones you actually buy. I am so pissed off I should have just bought something new. they tell you they do services on them to make sure they work before you buy them but it's apparent they do not. I have tried to give grace that they are new but they have only shown me how they really are. I'm so over it. Cecilia Elzy!
