I found Paige Tractors when looking for a tractor implement on Craigslist. The service I received was so good, I ended up buying a used engine block for a restoration project for a second tractor I own, and came back to buy a trailer mover. The staff are all courteous and knowledgeable. The owner, Larry, is also very attentive. When I had equipment delivered to my ranch, I forgot to ask for my receipt, and they were kind enough to mail it out the same day. The prices here are also pretty good, and they have a full service shop for tractors in the back, along with many parts for tractor restoration. I've been meaning to do a review on these guys for awhile. I developed a small leak in my gas tank on my tractor I purchased about 4 months ago. I stopped by to get another ordered and they had 1 in stock and gave it to me. It's a 20 minute job to swap out so I opted to do it myself, although they offered ( easier for me to do it than load up the tractor). I've been dealing with Paige Tractor for over 10 years. It's a family run business selling kioti equipment, hustler equipment, and stihl just to name a few. Some of the reason I go is for the convenience ( they're 10 miles from me), and also because they have most everything you could need for your rural property. I have purchased several pieces of farm equipment. From tractors to chainsaws and side x sides to lawnmowers they have quality equipment and very competitive prices. There are a few places that can claim that. What makes Paige Tractor stand out is the staff. They 100% stand behind everything they sell. Jordan and Joseph could not be better to work with, be it a new purchase or a warranty issue, it could not be easier. They're shop is top notch... and very busy. I very seldom do 5 stars on anyone...or 1 star for that matter, but they have truly earned it...over and over. I've always tried to support the smaller family type businesses and it is very refreshing to see them do well. I've bought parts for my tractor many times over the years from these guys - been very pleased. They don't sell the brand tractor that I own- but always go out of their way to order my parts and do the service- and treat me as if I had bought my tractor there. We recently purchased a Hustler zero turn mower and then a couple of weeks later went back and bought a 45hp Kioti tractor (one of their package deals). Both times we were extremely pleased with the service and how friendly the staff at Paige tractor was. I would highly recommend trading with Paige tractor, our salesman Jordan was knowledgeable and made accommodations to have our new tractor delivered free of charge on a Sunday morning! Went for a shredder part...they were out, so he special ordered including shipping charges. Then he said they'd share shipping fees since he was ordering extras for stock. I'm like, "Really," charging me for shipping to replenish your stock! This place will rip you off...only go there for dire emergencies. read more

Poor poor customer service. Tried to stay somewhat local. It has taken them 3 weeks to do nothing on the hydrolics we dropped off. They don't call and give you updates. They we rude because we came back to pick them up and take them to a shop in Austin and still charged us fees and didn't have all our parts. I'd heard through the grapevine that Paige Tractors was pretty good at repairing old John Deere two-cylinder tractors, so I brought them my 1938 JD model B all the way from central Oklahoma. I gave them a detailed list of things I wanted looked at or repaired and trusted them to do it right. After they'd had it for 3 1/2 months, I brought the tractor home and immediately discovered coolant water in the engine oil and no oil was getting to the governor or to the front end of the engine. I give them credit for their technical knowledge and repairing some things right, but they definitely cut corners on other things and its obvious they were just trying to get it out the door. Its too far to take it back to them and I'm out almost $6000........and I've still got a tractor that's not right and needs repair (again). In short, they screwed me like a yard dog and I'm not too happy about it. I've posted a couple of other reviews on other websites, but they disappear after a while, so I'm sure they're paying to have negative reviews removed. If they're screwing one guy, they're doing it to a lot of people. Avoid these guys! read more
