So it's return time in my view since it was only a few weeks since I purchased. No receipt in bag mailed in but it had all the bar codes on packaging as reference. Plus all the tags on the jacket. So I arrive at South Center DICKS SPORTING GOODS and it's my turn at counter. I say " I'm returning jacket" and this punk ask's why. Like who FLIPPING CARES but I share I didn't like the fit. Then he ask's did you wear it , and answer was " NO " ! At this point he starts sniffing the jacket like it's a line of Peruvian Flake , I kid you not. I'm thinking is this two toned hair punk really questioning me on a return and then sniffs it. Since when does a return with documents turn into the Spanish Inquisition. The customer service agent said they would discuss the refund with their supervisor. I also sent an email to their customer service email address and heard nothing back. Absent any refund or response, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and Classic Accessories can enjoy the charge back fee. The cover is still sitting in its box ready to be returned.
